After working for 10 years at two major law offices in New York and San Francisco, I started practicing solo in 1996.

general civil action I appeal for civil disputes in all of the courts and arbitration groups in Northern California. I also negotiate training and settlements, and document their behavior. My past and present cases include claims of breach of contract. Dissolution of unions Fraud Illegal Transportation: Business suffering creditors such as interference with business potential profits or interference with contracts; and employment disputes, including cancelation and discrimination. I also sometimes file lawsuits about matters caused by real estate management and maintenance workers that involve the collection of assets illegally stolen from the elderly and mentally ill. I'm always doing AbelWork. I represent plaintiffs, defendants, individuals, and business customers.
I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and graduated from Yale and New York University's law school. After working for a few years at the Wall Street law firm, I returned to San Francisco and worked at a major law firm here. Started civil proceedings in 1996. I am a co-author of Handling Federal Discovery and contributed to The American Loyber's on line publication, Law.com. I am a volunteer mediator at the San Francisco Lawyers Association. In my spare time, I enjoy bridging, running, reading and cultural events.
