I graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, Law School in 1995 and worked for the first time in the Catholic Philanthropic Program in San Jose. He then worked at the law firm of Suzanne Friedman in San Francisco. He then opened a company in San Francisco in 2001 and opened an office in Auckland, California in January 2009.

I will focus on the immigration issue, including the U-visa, the visa of the victim of a particular enumerated crime, the visa of the family, and the suspension of evacuation and deportation. I have also been involved in all levels of forcible return defense, including representatives of the Immigration Screening Board and representatives of the ninth court of appeal, for over 10 years. They also deal with family and criminal law issues that may arise from deportation defense.
