J.C. Driscoll moved out in 2008. I was an exemplary tenant of the cottage behind the estate for 18 years. While I was there, my property was changed three times. The first two owners were naturally grateful to me for the care and interest I had received. The third one was initially shown as "everything is cool." Don't worry." This lawyer is the least valuable lawyer I have ever met. This kind of waste still continues to be bright, even if I reduce the value of my case by beating the lawsuit against my landlord.

I would like to read this man's last Yelp review before hiring. It was almost impossible to come into contact with this man on my case, he assured us that we would be within a certain price range when we cleared the settlement. This is the first warning symbol. We lost more than just location fees. When the court's date on the landlord's statement was decided, he declared that we would go there. Mr. Driscoll called me up and called me back, and gave me the right answer to the problem of the landlord or tenant.
Based on my conversation, when I listened to the questions, I heard that I understood and worried about the legal rights of the borrower. Whatever is good, it's really something to care about.  People who are looking for money never get so good.

I felt that he would better communicate and hear than the other lawyers I spoke of.  Based on his professional tone and his assessment of the situation, he seemed to be a doctor rather than a typical attorney stereotype.

I strongly recommend this lawyer to the tenant.  He is the worst nightmare for a typical three dimensional uncomfortable landlord.

For other lawyers, their life's goal is to respect the rights of borrowers according to the lawyer's listening, communication and legal skills.

Thinking of hiring Mr. Driscol? Do it!  
When I found out that the landlord had stopped paying the security and that the three-year house had been put up for auction, I went mad. He was relieved when I came  Many terrible notices were taped at the door of my porch and he quickly contacted a group of eager realtors  I was peering into the window.
It is a slow and painful process to negotiate with the other lawyer and determine my fate. But he is convinced that I am a protected tenant and expects my best interests. He is always available by phone or email.  be full of thrilling stories  
I fully trust the experience that he has had with others for twenty years  My plight will come to an end.

Yes.  There's a problem with the landlord's tenant.   It's worth calling a lawyer...... ... I don't know...So I tried to find what I wanted to ask.  This person is very active on the site and says "Please contact us" about your problem.  

After all, he doesn't have time to talk with me unless he has a $3,000 retainer.  My problem may be about $1,500.  

Compared to other lawyer websites, this website is very good.

I had a good experience with Mr. Driscall. I had to fall into a difficult landlord's situation and figure out what rights I had as a tenant in Alameda. I didn't have to keep his service, but I had a very good experience for
