Leave a phone and message telling you what you're going to discuss with Kaiser, and they will return my phone soon. They worked for me to get a better time, and when I went to the office, I got everything I needed. He was very polite and patient, and he explained all the details of me, so I am very grateful to Kaiser because he was satisfied with my choice. If you have a question about immigration, he will be your good choice.

I phoned and consulted with Mr. Kaiser receptionist put it in within a week. Mr. Kaiser, who seemed to be a very clever man, and whose examination fee was $300, seemed worth paying him enough to speak to him. He asked me to look at my file, so he reviewed it and consulted with his colleagues to estimate my case well.
3 weeks, they had my case file. I phoned every week to make sure that Kaiser saw it. The receptionist told me so every time I called.  "I gave your file and your number to Kaiser, and you should call me tomorrow."

I think it's ridiculous, I drove from Sacramento, and no one came back three weeks later... Whenever I call them, they always make excuses.

It is a pity that their lack of professionalism is a shame.
I will get my files tomorrow... And if any of you can't get to the beginning of my case, how efficiently would I have dealt with my case if I had actually chosen to go with them and meet you? Kaiser is my lawyer.

My experience is not altogether frustrating, weary, disappointed, or satisfied.
