After reading Benson Lai's review at Yelp and other recommended lawyers' reviews, I called Benson for help on the property issue.
Needless to say, the five stars took up the essence of Benson. He is a true advocate. Get this man on your side. He took the tough time with the broker and guided me (I hate this) and he gave me solid advice about the title. He is very flexible and kind. This kind of service was not expected from the lawyer. He has a sense of humor, too.
I feel stressed to deal with these problems. Ask Benson for help!

Benson was a lawyer in the case I was involved in recently. Don't chase me! He doesn't answer the phone or email. He seems basically reluctant to solve things. I can't recommend him

Like other poor criticisms. He dragged our case for more than a year. Returns once in 50 calls. I don't know what to do since I gave the money, and I haven't heard anything since then. Save time, money and stress.

I'm generally satisfied with how he worked as my client. He was kind, professional, responded well by phone, email, or email.
