I was recommended to Zoe Gervin through the low-income program. I talked about my problem and she told me I could deal with it. We talked and I asked her to deal with my case. It was said that it would cost about $800 and I agreed. Zoe asked me for an email. for she sent me a document and signed me to begin writing.  I waited a few days, but I never took it again. I called her office and talked to her, and she said there must be a mistake in the email, so I gave it to her again. I still haven't received them. This time she asked my mailing address. I haven't received any calls from her office yet, and when they asked me to put my name on hold she said she was looking for my name. Suddenly, every time I told them my name and number, she was told to leave. I have never received a return call! !! He said he had no phone, so he called me several times a week for more than six months, left his name and phone number, and later called me.
I never got a phone call or said I didn't receive my case. I have a very fixed income and disability. This program was intended to help people like me! !!! It's the hardest thing to disable.
