About

I have 15 years of experience and have developed creative, honest, and effective solutions to complex immigration situations. Other lawyers say there is no solution for the customer. My services are individualized, careful and inclusive. And because the incident is so well-organized, I have customers all over the United States and have overseas locations in San Francisco, Bay Area, Northern California, and Southern California. The most highly praised is the ability to overcome complex extreme difficulties and reunite the family and apply for a green card for special workers. I've been a super lawyer for several years, but I have honored five percent of the lawyers in Northern California. In response to an interview on local news, he worked with the White House Science and Technology Agency to encourage entrepreneurs and business men to improve immigration.

It was fortunate to find Christine Troy to discuss my employment-based green card  Obtain an E2 Investment Visa. I left Florida and  I have contact with many immigration officers in various states. Everything is highly evaluated and ranked. But she is the best I've worked on. She is very knowledgeable, professional and fine. In addition to her rich knowledge, she becomes a wonderful lawyer with personal thinking and a positive personality.

I was talking to someone who really found a solution and guided me, like my own idea. not many  Lawyers have no such features  Time and money bound me to the conclusion.

I have worked with five immigration lawyers and companies, from small to large.
After a number of disappointments to the immigration lawyer, I was lucky that someone introduced me to Christine about the O1 case. She cares about your case like you and her personal approach is nowhere else. I've been introducing five people to Christine, but everyone seemed to be moved by her knowledge and honest reputation in a unanimous way. After working with a more immigration lawyer, I had to go back to Elip to review it.

Don't hesitate to contact Christine!

Without a doubt, Christine is the best immigration lawyer to be found on science fiction.  After seeing these positive views about Yelp, I decided to meet them, but I was a bit skeptical because I had to look into the application for a working visa more closely than choosing a restaurant.  I've talked with some lawyers before, but Christine found that she has more knowledge about visas that are not very common.  Christine was also good at dealing with my employer, and I liked it very much.

I strongly recommend that you help someone apply for a working visa.

San Francisco's best lawyer! I came to America on a visa and she helped me get my citizenship. I was working professionally, and helped me understand the process. He gave me a guide to the papers and explained my schedule. Very useful, understood and polite. raise two thumbs

With the help of Christine and her team, I recently accepted the H1B. This is my second application that I did not win in the lottery last year.

She was an international student at OPT and helped me from the first day after I started my technology. She has been very careful, trying to understand my situation, collecting many documents, and presenting a very firm case. After working together for two years, I worked hard and I worked in the US to meet visa requirements.

I recommended Christine to my network. Thanks to Christine and the team!

I was going to come to get a consultation appointment and discuss it with a brother visa application.

David is a helpful person who asked me questions, quickly assessed my situation, and explained what I should do via email and phone.

He made up his mind quickly, and it was a trifle that asked me to give me the money for free.

The Law Office Ambassador, who always returns to them when more complex consultation is needed.

I am very impressed.

Thanks to David.

Because I used it by an Irish friend

I thought I knew how to get the results, and I knew how to treat the customer really well.

I can't make enough recommendations for Christine. It took me about a year to get a green card, but I and my wife were so complicated that it sounds complicated not only in polyolph, but also in transgender and lesbian couples. Christine was kind, understanding, respectful, and wonderful, and guided us.

All emails received an answer on the same day, and concerns were almost immediately resolved. She is kind, good-natured and wants to get what she needs.

If you have a problem with immigration, please contact Christine.

My husband and I came to Christine Troy the other day in the second interview of the AOS application. We just dismissed another Immigration Attorney for negligence in this interview, and in my case, I lacked important documents, so I didn't know what was actually submitted, and I was very important and worried about whether wrong information was submitted. Christine was strongly recommended by a reliable source of information, and she accepted our case just before the end without hesitation.
Christine is one of the best immigrant lawyers I have ever met. She's all you need to be a lawyer at your immigration office! She seems to have not only professional knowledge and information, but also relaxed, approachable, solutions to our questions and problems.  Both Christine and her Paralegal David took a very aggressive approach from the beginning and offered solutions for the results as much as possible.
Christine prepared both me and my husband for the second interview on the day before the actual meeting, and made it easy for me to step into USCIS.
Christine not only accepted our interview, but also deepened our overall understanding. Christine shared the sweets and water with us, calmed the whole process, solved the misunderstanding between me and my husband, and worked on questions and explanations through the whole process. Christine also helped the police reveal the questions they had misunderstood, and we started without feeling any difference. Christine, in a very bright manner, smiled at all the guards as we entered, kept on talking to them in detail, and, before entering the Immigration Bureau, talked as much about our relationship as possible. After five hours of trial, I and my husband felt tired, and I almost made it to the break. Christine took us to the park, explained to everyone for us, and explained how the interview was going and what the consequences were. She went on talking about what was going on. Eight months later, we were finally accepted and both were relieved.
I would like to recommend to anyone who needs an immigration officer in the Bay Area to use Christine's services for permanent residency applications. Christine's top class!

This woman changed my life the moment I entered the office in San Francisco. I am a stage director who works internationally in both opera and musicals. Christine Troy is not only one of the top immigration lawyers in the United States, but also one of the most passionate, accurate, sincere and compassionate people I've ever met. It is Christine, who has no guarantee, who has lost thousands of dollars in the end, who has been unable to sleep for days, who has been bored, and who has never finished the paperwork that certainly threatens all this. I'm an artist. Her achievements were really impressive and a thousand dreams came true. If you are in a similar situation, you should go to only one place. As a result of the first analysis, she will immediately tell you whether your case has a chance. The green card was approved two days ago. Christine, thank you very much!

In 2009, my husband and I walked to her office. My husband's case was difficult. She reinvestigated his case and advised us that she could not help, but six years later she introduced us to someone who could do so, and her husband finally received a green card. Bruce Fodiman, thank you to Christine for the esque.

In June 2013, I and my wife decided to move from Asia to San Francisco, even though they knew that it would be difficult to get VISA. In August, less than three months, the E-2 Investor Visa was granted for five years.
Since then, we always give the same answer to those who are asked, "How did you do it?" It's just "Christine Troy". She thoroughly reviewed all the documents she submitted, answered the questions in an accurate and timely manner, the competitive price against large practices, and the simple fact of working directly with the business operator instead of the employer. I got a visa. Because Christine supports me in understanding the meaning of my company and my VISA for the overall future of this country. And my wife and I didn't take her to dinner.
Thank you to all who work with Christine.

I highly recommend Christine.  My husband and I were particularly unlucky with the previous lawyer, so they delayed our paperwork for a year.  Our case is not frank, she said,  We had to do a lot of work on our case   She was very patient with all my emails and always contacted the people who needed them.  She responds quickly to emails and explains the process.  Her attention to detail greatly reduced the amount of time her husband was expected to spend.

Happy to find Christine.  Christine is highly recommended for immigrant needs! !

You cannot fully recommend Christine Troy and her office. My husband and I worked with Christine Troy on a green card / permanent residency application. It was a complex incident, and after more than two years of contact with Christine, he finally got a green card in December 2012. We were introduced to her by many friends who worked with her. I know six people who buy green cards through Christine and are very satisfied with the service.

(1) Christine is a very professional, knowledgeable and competent lawyer specializing in immigration law. She is up to date with all the legislatures in the immigration relations. We received the best advice from Christine at every stage of the process and were convinced that we were 100% trusted.

(2) She was very client-centric and took time to really care about the client and know our case. She was kind, patient, spent time explaining legal procedures, always responding to phone calls and emails.  Through this process, she became very, very fearful and emotional, and she fully understood and sympathized with our situation.

(3) Finally, her price is incredibly fair and honest. I know people who are completely torn apart by lawyers who apply for immigration. Christine's price, despite several meetings, was based on a uniform fee.

We also met David Troy and Sheila Kinlan and had the same wonderful experience as them.

I am very grateful for what they have done for us!

For those who are in the immigration process...

I recently married someone from Europe and didn't know the procedure to buy a green card for my wife. Christine made sure we had all the papers ready and she prepared us for the interview. A week after the interview, everything went well.
Christine strongly recommends that you go through this process to be friendly, honest with the price, and sure to achieve results.
Good luck.

A complicated immigration incident occurred. I consulted seven immigration lawyers and received guidance, but no one knew how to handle our problem.  Many of them proposed that this case would be of no use to us, and would do us harm.  We almost lost hope, and just as we tried to give up, we met Christine Troy.

Mr. Troy. Troy reviewed our cases carefully, consulted with his colleagues, and came up with a plan with the Department of Homeland Security to deal with our cases.

Careful planning and meticulous attention to detail during the application process has brought success to our problems. Our application passed smoothly through DHS and NVC.  In the interview with the Consulate, I expected a difficult question, but Troy's suit was perfect and the interview was an easy one.

15 For months, Troy has always answered questions and guided us in the right direction.

I would like to recommend it to anyone in Troy.

I strongly recommend working with Christine. If I have to deal with the Immigration Bureau again, she will be my only choice. Christine is not only able to do his job, but also a good communicator, very patient, and very pleasant to talk and work with. I have dealt with several lawyers (immigration, patents, etc.) before, most of them are just the "processor" of the petition. Christine is very different.
I value my customers, my wife, and me. One of my best friends introduced me to Christine. Christine helped me and my wife get a green card. She assured us that our case would be relatively simple and prompt (she expected 4-18 months), but she also outlined the potential pitfalls that we should be careful about. My wife and I got a green card within six months in just a few days. I am grateful that Christine (and her friendly assistant David) has helped us to make this process easy and easy to enjoy.
