On my way to Hong Kong, I wrote this on my first trip as an American citizen.  I thank Rosie for that.

This summer, I decided to apply for citizenship.  It was impossible to go back to Rosy, who helped me apply for my green card eight years ago.  Rosie proceeded smoothly through the process at that time, and this time it was the same.

Rosie will take more care when you are on your side than filling out the form and applying on your behalf.  She is obviously an A+ expert with expert staff, who knows the law and can explain the process and clearly state what happens before the process occurs.  He also has a wide local network and understands the local office of the science fiction USCIS.  She can explain the pace of the application and current trends.

I applied in July 2016, when there was a lot of pre-election applications.  The first time you understand that you are at home is the application process.  Rosy staff will work directly with you to get what you need and create your application.  They ask questions and find differences in the information you provide and fix them.  a thorough and convenient way
After you apply, Rosie is always available.  She always answered the phone and quickly replied to the email.  When the interview schedule was decided, Rosie came to me to prepare.  She explained the purpose of the interview, answered my questions and generally reassured me.

Rosie came to my interview.  During the interview, several questions were asked and she brought the papers that supported my answer to the interviewer. She was preparing and keeping her eyes open.

I got a big bonus when I was talking about the date of the swearing-in.  My interview was on March 17.  I planned to travel to Hong Kong on April 13.  During these two dates, two swearing ceremonies were held on March 29 and April 12.  If the date of March 29 is not good, we must cancel our trip to Hong Kong.  Rosie talked to a USCIS official.  On March 28, Rosie called me to swear the following day.
If you have any issues with immigration control, please go to Rosie.  That's it.

Rosie is very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. She and her assistant Rebecca quickly respond and work hard to win my case. She takes time to hear the facts of my case and takes a deep interest in my preparation for the green card process. I was happy and relieved. Finally, I got a green card.
If someone is looking for the best Immigration Attorney, Rosie Chow is highly recommended.

I am writing a frank and unbiased review. This is because all the elipers have the right to receive clear and transparent reviews. Someone may think this review will be useful and this may solve the complexity.

Rosie helped me in my case about the fierce marriage I had with my ex-husband. For more than six months, my wife was anything but easy.

From the first time I spoke to Rosie, I immediately knew that she was right to represent me and I was the best way to protect me. She is very patient, sympathetic, super intelligent and intelligent. Of the lawyers I spoke of, Rosie is the only lawyer to honestly think about the results of my case, and she sees it from the perspective of the immigration bureau.

I'm glad to accept her advice, and be assured that I will deal with my case. If you think that immigration is complicated and difficult to deal with, just consult Rosie. She will tell you exactly how to solve your problem and the result. She's the best.

Most reviews display Rosy H. Chow is the best attorney in the immigration bar. She is not just the best person, but the "best" immigration lawyer. I still tell myself that I can get up and find Rosie. Her experienced point of view points in a very accurate direction. While working with Rosie and her assistant, Rebecca, I felt that they were super loyal to help people. I would like to thank you again for your efforts and kindness. Without you, my dream won't come true. You are the angels of immigrants.

My wife and I worked together last year on Rosie and two separate items. My citizenship form and my wife's green card form Wendy were both amazing. clearly stated what to expect, the response to email was very high and clearly very high. She also helped us with many questions about items that are not directly related to our application. For example, when she had to go abroad for her funeral, she responded by taking the best measures in time. We had little time to adjust these, and we were very grateful for Rosie's guidance on how to proceed quickly and clearly.

I worked with many lawyers since I moved to the US and worked with Rosie in a truly fresh atmosphere. We recommend that you take care of immigration.

Bullshit. I called for an estimate of the case. It seems to cost $150 to get an estimate

I'd like to give Rosie Cho six stars.

A brief description of Rosie Chow.  I had a very difficult immigration problem and called many lawyers in the Bay Area. The lawyer in Bay Area claimed to be a great lawyer and there were five stars of Yelp. I contacted people who seemed to be a great lawyer and talked about the unfortunate incident that happened to our marriage. My wife's naturalization was delayed, but they all thought my appeal "very difficult" and didn't accept it. Really? When I contacted Rosie Cho and listened to my story, she took up our case and led her to success without questioning her ability and knowledge. On the day of the interview, she appeared "ready" and there was no limit to the boundaries of her knowledge. She trained the people of the Immigration Bureau professionally through experience and knowledge, and modified what I call a good lawyer. Not only did she show that she is a great lawyer, but also shared our interest as a person, so her contribution to our marriage and happiness cannot be explained in words. There is a saying that "action is eloquent rather than words." Well, Rosie Cho is the man of action.  Thank you for your hard work. Oh, dear

USCIS has a problem fixing mistakes with her conditional visa. I went to Rosie for help. My I-90 application is all correct, but I was rejected about the information and documents I submitted. When I went to Rosie right away, she called USCIS and defended my claim. She proved my case from two difficult officials at USCIS and I knew that if I called them, they might have eaten me alive.  Finally, the supervisor acknowledges the error and sends a confirmation within 15 days. Even without Rosie, I could have done it. Visa lawyers usually listen to get more money, just to prolong the suit. But if you want the results right away, I recommend Rosie!

From the first meeting, Rosie was very well understood and sympathetic. She taught us both pros and cons of what we should do and told us the best and worst case scenarios. In the interview, she was very helpful for the Immigration Bureau to understand the current issues. As a result, I was recommended to American citizenship and sworn in less than 30 days. Thank you for your cooperation and support with Rosie. You and your office are absolutely recommended!

There are many immigration lawyers there. Some people are good. A few of the best are wonderful. Rosie is certainly one of the few.
I have been trying to get my wife's permanent residency. It was a 14-year battle. We have made the deportation process via the IJ, BIA and Circuit 9. We consulted another lawyer and hired some as a representative. He lost everything in the end. Three times, the ICE agent knocked on the door. It's not interesting.

I met Rosie then. At the first meeting, I found out she was different. Her passion will show that she did this. After reviewing our case, she gave a candid opinion of our situation and gave us options. We were discouraged at first. However, when she got home, she realized that she was telling the truth, although she was telling the harsh truth. She was more interested in helping us than whether we held her or not.
Finally, I got in touch with her again and decided to have her represent us. She did a great job to update us at every stage. When a new immigration policy was implemented and it was in our interests, we answered all the questions and updated us.
She was able to resume our appeal and end the deportation process. Two weeks ago my wife got a permanent visa.

I would like you to have a lawyer who fights with his teeth and claws. Don't contact another lawyer before you talk first.

Be careful. She may honestly speak to you and tell you something you don't want to hear about your case.  But this is an honest comment born from more than 10 years of experience. Wait a minute, you hired a lawyer?  Don't receive sugarcoated comments just to ask the servant to sign.

In 2012, when my husband and I were looking for a lawyer to help us with the procedures for immigration, I met Rosie. We didn't make a mistake because we wanted someone to help us because we wanted to apply for a waiver of I601 and knew we had to apply for a visa. I'm living in
NY, but I wanted to find someone who really cares. After extensive research, I came to see a science fiction lawyer instead. Finding Rosie by reading, I thought she was the right person for us.

I consulted her to meet her, so she was as strict as I expected, but her heart was large. I knew that she cared about us and cared about our case, but I knew that she would work and do it as soon as possible, so my husband and I could reunite. She agreed to take us back even though we are not local.

We soon got to work. My husband and I got married and applied for a waiver and a visa. When he received the RFE, he was very depressed, but Rosie still encouraged and honest, and after all, two years later he was granted his release and went to New York to live a happy life.

She is honest, serious and considerate. I want to hire her again soon.

If you are looking for the best attorney in the immigration case, you are the one who found it. Rosie is very learned, wise, useful, and most importantly very considerate. She understands and sympathizes with our feelings and experiences. She made great efforts to deal with my case. She spent time with my family and thoroughly answered the questions. I have never met a lawyer working hard so that Rosie could work for his client. I'm really grateful and happy to find Rosie.  The gift God sent to us is Rosie's best.

My wife and I met several immigration lawyers, introduced to Rosie's client friend, and chose to take his place. We chose Rosie without hesitation. She was very knowledgeable, professional-looking and considerate of our situation and schedule.

Our case was very direct, but Rosie took a calm attitude during the journey when we understood the whole process and harmed our nerves. If you don't take time, you'll end the process for about 12 weeks and end from the beginning.  I recommend it to those who need immigration lawyers because it helped me with an experienced lawyer (Rosie).

As a deportation lawyer in San Francisco, I personally know Rosie's reputation in the corporate world.  She is a very good supporter, well known not only as an effective and tireless lawyer for clients, but also as a person who has generally contributed to the field of immigration law.  Rosie has won recognition from her colleagues by helping her with a pro bono base to fight the abuse of immigration customs and by continuing to perform her duties at all times.  I'd like to recommend Rosie the best.  It would be fortunate for immigrants deported from the United States to accept her as a lawyer.

I recommend Rosie with my eyes closed. She is the most sincere, caring, committed and caring lawyer. She is experienced and always has the latest information on immigration laws. Her knowledge and mind help my family win their case.

2009, Rosie received immigration for my boyfriend and his family, and they became legal residents. Two years later, Rosie won my brother's suit.  He was facing deportation, but thanks to her hard work and dedication, my brother was given a visa and was able to stay in this country. Finally, in 2012 she helped Rosie apply for DACA. She showed me the whole process and was there for me whenever I needed it. My case was approved four months ago. Rosie was the happy part of my life.

If you are looking for an honest and honest person  A professional lawyer, don't waste time and money, call Rosie and don't regret it. In your first examination, you will find that your case is better and that she is coming to help you.

I tried to become an American, and I had many horrible experiences with immigrants and other lawyers. until I met Rosie Chow, a immigration lawyer. When I met Cho, I quickly became aware of my passionate, knowledgeable, and sincere profession.
If you need help with immigration, call Rosie Cho and do not have any other lawyers. I am proud to call myself an American citizen now.

My case was pending at USCIS for nearly seven years, and then I was contacted by the Immigration Judge. Unfortunately, in the past I had a very bad experience with a lawyer (and some other people who claim to be a lawyer) and had a hard time finding a good lawyer. Another lawyer approached Rosie, and after consulting her, she found that she had no longer to look. She is well known and respected not only among her customers, but also among her colleagues. Rosie is an excellent lawyer, professional, honest, and very personal. You can feel that she really cares. If I had met Rosie nine years ago, my life would have been easier. Anyway, she helped me to win my case and I was finally forgiven to exile! !!!Thank you, Rosie! !!!!!!!

I had an H1B visa and I married an American citizen, so I needed someone to help me, so I showed them all the procedures for my residence. My husband and I have heard a terrible story about how terrible it is if you are not ready. So finding a good lawyer was a priority for us. She could not handle it. In the first meeting, she was experienced and too meticulous, and we found that our process was easy to proceed. No questions were answered and details were not investigated. When the document was sent, the appointment started. She was with us when the Immigration Bureau interview came with all the support she received before and after. All the processes, such as receiving my green card, were painless and quick. Rosie is the most passionate lawyer I've ever met, so I recommend any case of immigration.
