I used the Lisa service. Over the past four years, I have obtained immigration and employment licenses (H1B, GreenCard, etc.) to support employees. She has done a great job on the whole.
The Immigration Control Act is well known and provides you with sufficient information, direction and guidance. She takes great care and thoroughly pursues it so that nothing falls from the cracks.
