I took over the services of Anthony Jones after being asked to jointly find a launch of the software. Finally, I decided that this launch was not the right venture for me, but during the months I worked with Anthony, I got all the things I needed, answered my many questions quickly, and basically became a frank and knowledgeable partner. He had a good understanding of the IP law and advised me on my legal issues involved in pre-start work and whether or not there would be ownership issues if I participated in the start-up.
