I've worked with many venture companies and 12 lawyers, but my lawyer was Latham & I can't remember wasting more customer time and money. Watkins.
I can't believe the time I saw them negotiating a simple document. After dealing with the other person several times, most lawyers know what the agency is doing, but Rasam's people seem to fight in every way, no matter how wasteful it is.
Every time I work, my customers and lawyers get out of the phone and go through the red line for hours...
In my opinion, Tanima venture companies have many better options. If you want at least a reasonable and frustrated invoice, avoid these people (not to mention the business partner's frustration).
