Keith helped me to review and negotiate an employment contract last year. Not only did he advise me on my area of interest, he also pointed out the most dangerous part of the deal I do not have the legal knowledge to identify. I was able to get most of what I wanted in the negotiation.
He was fair and open about his reasonable fee.
I am a private practitioner, but I was a little more than the pressure against personal attention, reasonable charges and "billable time" was offset.
