Since moving to the United States, I have wanted to help the immigrant community. This has been my motivation since I decided to become a lawyer. Soon after I got a California lawyer's license, I opened and focused on immigration. I started alone from the corner of my rented desk in the Mission District of San Francisco. However, my work has grown significantly, and I am proud to be able to help customers move through the complex traffic control. This success is not due to formal academic training or professional experience, but because we believe in what we do. help immigrants succeed

Jose was from Mexico City and moved to Iowa at the age of 17. He was enrolled in the U.S. Marine Corps for about 10 years, was promoted to corporal and became a sergeant. He was awarded five Naval and Marine Corps Awards. Jose received bachelor and degree #39;s at the University of California at Berkeley. Jose earned a PhD at the University of San Francisco Law School.
Jose worked for Bay Area Legal Aid (non-profit organization) in San Rafael, California and Richmond, helping customers with retirement and public benefit issues. He also worked in private companies of Allison, Martinez and Attorneys at Law. Attorneys at Law volunteered at La Raza Centro Legal, focusing on complex class litigation, discrimination, wages, and time-billing lawsuits. After that, Jose started his practice, and since then he has put much effort into immigration law.
