I had a problem with my landlord two weeks ago. I've been managing my rent for eight years on science fiction. In the original lease, he said that no other permanent resident can move to the apartment. It's no other big deal.
My landlord basically tried to raise my rent by 20% when he noticed my GF moved.
When you are lucky enough to find Joyce Jordan. Joyce helped me to add my roommate to my existing lease. (thanks to the new science fiction tenant law in November 2015) I add my roommate to my existing lease while keeping my relationship with the landlord.
If you have a problem with your landlord, call Joyce. She's an easy and good communicator!

It was the first time I needed a lawyer on the issue with science fiction authorities. While I knew, I was suffering from the threat of eviction.
Joyce came with an introduction from an acquaintance, and it was very warm when he met. I was afraid and trusted, and for that reason I was very willing (with money) to fight my case with my master.
Pass the cliffs notes to save all the stories that have lasted long.
- At the first meeting, I asked for a $500 retainer and did not issue it. Her rate (I was immature) said that I would go to help because I was an introduction.
- From the first conversation, Joyce was buzzing about, and I told her two separate times during the "keeping" of her. $250! !!
- Joyce didn't call or write She didn't reach my landlord while I "kept her". She didn't prepare the document for me. She didn't represent me at court or court hearings.

These legal services are not recommended to anyone. Unfortunately, some lawyers use customers against ethics. This is what I feel has happened
