About

After retiring from the Sales Department of a major law firm, John started his own business and, in most cases, soon began dealing with immigration lawsuits. Since then, it has been performed at the same place and has only been operated for immigration. For many years, John has been paying close attention to details, understanding customers' interests, raising awareness in timely and practical ways, and helping organizations with various immigration relationships, such as individuals, families, businesses, and schools.

Established in 1993

Especialities

An Immigration Corporation with respect to employment and family affairs, including e-investors, H-1B experts, J-1 trainees, L-1 trainees, L-1 internal transferee, O-1 exceptional foreign nationals, permanent residence based on marriage, labor certification, state-owned renouncement, EB-1, citizenship applications, and employee compliance.

John, born in Ireland, got a degree in law at University College Dublin, went to a law school and became a lawyer. In 1988, he passed the California bar exam once and entered the California state law department. Before the company was inaugurated, he worked at San Francisco's Cooley Godward Law Office to engage in real estate trading and securing loans.   When he doesn't practice law, he likes to spend time with his family and make chords on the guitar.

My husband and I needed professional advice on employment in immigration. Our case was very complicated and we had trouble finding a good immigration lawyer. Many of the lawyers I spoke of didn't even provide the right information. Using Google was enough to find a better source of information. After our first consultation with seven lawyers, we found John.

John was completely different from others. He was very intelligent and I found him trying to help. If you don't get the right information about a particular topic on the spot, we will do an additional investigation, get the appropriate advice, and immediately contact us. Also, when we needed him, he could answer our questions. It was very important for us because I was interviewed abroad. Actually, I asked the last question while preparing for the interview after a long weekend. I didn't think John could go because of the 12-hour difference, but John cleared all our inquiries.

As a result, our process went well and our immigration visa was approved.

If you are an expert and are looking for a knowledgeable immigration officer, John Olden is highly recommended. He sincerely wants your success, like others, rather than getting all the money.

I recently used John to get my husband's perpetual green card. My husband thought we could save a little money and do it ourselves, but I was really glad that I chose John. The entire

process worked. It was not easy, and everything went much faster than I thought. The preparations for the interview are good and end up in a piece of cake.

His advice and knowledge helped me a lot, and if I adopted it, I might have saved a lot of money.

He always returns emails quickly with clear instructions.

I just wanted to do something good in exchange for the help of this man.

I had a problem with my green card and needed advice. I'm close to the goal, but I don't know if I'm on the right track. John called me and spent time investigating the case. He is not the type of lawyer who charges for quick questions. He wants high quality services, not money. I have arranged a lawyer who will receive many requests even for ten-minute advice.

Let this man handle your application. He is solution-oriented, honest and experienced. Above all, he would not drag you away from other greedy lawyers.

My husband and I wanted our advice to go to American citizenship, so we called a immigration lawyer, named John, read all the reviews, and decided he was our man.  From first to last, he was wonderful. As other people say, he is not a greedy person and, like many other lawyers, he feels it's important to do the right thing instead of letting you loose.  He advised us to download the form on line and send it by himself because it is easy and not complicated.  I liked his honesty so when he asked us if he would check everything, he did this and taught me not to know.

A great lawyer, I strongly recommend to those who seek Immigration advice!

This review is not from a former customer, but from a student who interviewed Olden about his research paper's H-1B visa. On a busy Friday, I spent a lot of time discussing the categories of visas related to the H-1B program. He prepared the materials that were indispensable to my thesis. And his broad experience and his passion for help will be a great asset to those who need a good lawyer.

I used John about ten years ago on a green card application. He was wonderful. It's a nice guy, knowledgeable, affordable.

It was much better than the huge law firm my company used to.

John is the best lawyer and I recommend him to everyone. When the H1B visa expired and my husband and I were about to apply for a green card while out of work, an incident occurred and it became complicated that his help was very helpful. He is a very expert who knows not only the perfect solution to the law and the problem, but also most of the kind, kind and interested in your case. He answers all your questions quickly, both phone and email, and whenever other questions arise he answered us. For J1 and H1B, a friend used the service, had complications, and her case was approved as well as me. Living in Los Angeles, he helped me! It's worth taking advantage of his service and professionalism, and I strongly recommend him!

My daughter became a citizen today. There were many questions in the FAQ for this service that could not be answered. John's advice on completing N400 six months ago for renaming helped John to run this process seamlessly. Thank you, John, for all your help.

Through my complex American immigrant journey, John helped me get a visa for the most difficult green card, EB1A Ancifulate Afilient Ealien Permanent Resident, from OPT to H1B. John is very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, so I enjoyed working with him. I introduced many people to John who had different immigration conditions, and each had a wonderful experience working with John. If you're looking for a lawyer at the Immigration Bureau, don't look anymore!

I've known John for years, as a neighbor, and as a whole, as a great man.  Last year, I got to know John on the job and he was in charge of the immigration issue for the employees.  He dealt with a very difficult situation with a perfect professional, graceful and obvious expertise.  He does not hesitate to recommend him.

I was recommended by John by a friend and I was happy to recommend him to anyone else. Through the process he was comfortable, professional-looking and very patient. My visa process went smoothly with John's help, and he was always happy to answer the questions I had for a long time.

Immigration is both a frustrating and complex procedure. But fortunately, there are people like John on this world...
I first worked with John in 2008 when I tried to start the green card process through my company. He was strongly recommended by my friend. We held a meeting. John explained the entire process (and costs) in a clear and concise manner  And we bought the company two or three months after we agreed on a forward strategy, so my parent lawyer took on my case.
L1 My experience with a new lawyer or other lawyer in applying for a visa is completely different from John's wonderful experience. He cares sincerely, provides useful information at every stage, and tries every possible means (within the limits of reason) to achieve a common goal. It was really a great experience, and I would like you to visit the experts at the Immigration Bureau.
