Best real estate lawyer
This review is delayed. When the real estate problem arises, Joanna is my favorite person. I have worked with her two or three times. I've bought a condominium recently. She is very fast and she knows exactly what she is doing. She is an expert. She replies to you very quickly. Not only that, she does not look for your best interests and hungry like others. Joanna was working with another lawyer who did nothing. I'm glad I found Joanna with my family friends. Joanna is also a very direct person that I like. She will tell you what will work and what will not. She will tell you whether it will be a waste of money. She leads you a step. She is a good girl because she is very calm and has acted during arbitration. I had to go to San Francisco on a day trip and Joanna prepared everything. I didn't have to worry about anything.
We highly recommend Joanna for your real estate problem. Believe me.

This woman represents my landlord and is trying to drive me out of my apartment illegally. He neither answered the phone nor sent the email nor the letter. People like Joanna make me sick.

When the landlord was about to drive us out, Joanna came to help me and my family! She is very professional and gives us much better advice. He's not trying to get a lot of money from a landlord. We just want to be treated as fair and respectful as we want. I like the results and I recommend it!

Joanna gave some of the finest real estate advice to help her pick up what seems like a complex problem. She not only gave sound advice, but also affected the settlement and stabilization of the trade. She listens well and presents an alternative. Her fee was very affordable, and I don't think she would charge for the first consultation or email. Very knowledgeable, efficient and tailored to your preferences. Absolute top mark!

Joanna works as a lawyer and acts for the benefit of her client. I had a problem with my friends and tenants in the room, who used my good will and spoke ill of the fellow in the other room. Joanna helped resolve the legal chaos of having him leave the house.

Joanna certainly deserves money. Joanna, as other Elipers have said, was a very good listener. I had recently had to drive out the tenant and explain the situation to her. She listened, unfortunately I was heard. When I spoke to her, I was very angry at the crazy tenant. She was very good-natured, patient, and intelligent.
What really stood out about her was her attempt to keep saving me money. I was angry with the tenant, so I intended to pay Joanna a lot of money for a complete eviction just to ruin the credit. Instead, she brought me back to reality, saved my money, made a promise, and brought out the tenant within four weeks.

A few weeks ago I needed legal advice on commercial real estate leases. I looked up Elip's lawyer in the neighborhood and called Joanna. She answered when I called. I had to make a real estate contract. I really did my homework and compiled a list of lawyers recommended on line. Then I sent an email to the best lawyer (seven lawyers) and asked specific questions about the situation, the price (maintenance, hourly pay), and the plan to be completed.
All the lawyers answered me, but only Joanna and the other lawyers took the time to answer the question. He quickly narrowed it down, set the price, and Joanna met at her highest rate.
The direct meeting with Joanna was wonderful. Just like our email conversation, she really listened and understood my specific needs. She efficiently cited examples of a slightly different situation, similar to mine, to best come up with my alternative. From her experience, I was able to predict future scenarios that I could not guess myself. She answered my questions thoroughly and certainly and volunteered to do additional research on the details.
She quickly prepared the contract and I was able to easily review and make changes. She could immediately answer questions by email or phone (I didn't live in science fiction and it became very easy), and asked for help in some aspect of my deal that was not related to the contract. I really thought that I could fully trust her advice. So I was very relieved.
I have worked as a few lawyers in the past, but they have not received the highest overall rating. Joanna broke her stereotypes and I told my friends, "Wow, I love lawyers! Plenty!"
She is kind, polite, listening, intelligent, efficient, and, above all, intelligent. She is the very man in the corner of you. I want to give Joanna my best recommendation.

Joanna is as good as they get. Of course, she knows the real estate act backwards. What left my other experience was that she actually listened. Yes, she was waiting for me to tell you everything. She asked many proper questions. Then she fully understood my view of the situation (and it was complicated for me). In front of me, she presented a brief overview of the risks and some benefits. Finally, she proposed the best (most defensible) action policy. ... And it went well. She was very efficient, and in the end she was none the worse for me.
