Don't worry about them. After paying thousands of dollars to them, they suggested that I apply for the IRS program I found later. My wife also applied, so I couldn't accept it. For a year, they didn't tell her to have her information as part of the application. They filed my tax return and said they had a $60,000 tax bill. They treated the rental property as income without deduction! I went to another place to prepare it and didn't receive any refunds. Even after I refused, they withdrew money from my bank account (bookkeeping service) and asked me to return my money again and again, then they refused. Lying is impossible to work!

The Attorney General of the 18 states is following them.  There is a class action against them.  Their advertising is misleading.  I looked up the complaints of the lawsuit and consumers on Google. You will be very busy.
