Jim is the best immigration lawyer you can find.
I was the third immigration lawyer I spoke of. No sooner had I met him than I found myself trying to get either of the green cards. Why?
Because he is smart, funny, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and always available. And I was right.
Jim was always there when he helped me. I often worked with Michael Levin, but Jim was in the first and last cycles. It was wonderful to see how passionate he was about his work, and how much he cherished his client's care. Jim enjoys a challenging atmosphere, likes his job, succeeds, and is surrounded by a great team.
Thanks to him and Michael Levin, I now received a green card by mail. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected]...

I worked twice with Jim's company. In both cases of E-2 Visa, the case is for an E-2 visa when I started. It was not smooth at the consulate, but it was pretty good for the first time. The second time, I believed, like the first time, the same attention and focus would be directed towards my case. Boys are my mistakes...
First, I was busy preparing for the H1B in April, so I postponed my case for a few months. Time is out! Finally, my start-up was approved by the most prestigious start-up accelerator in the United States, and in the middle of that I had other successes. But our case was not accepted When I met Jim at the office the week after his denial, Jim's advice was only one. Leave the country! You've found another lawyer and approved within two months! A few months later, my wife was approved for the green card and ready. He had never seen a solution immediately, but our case was not a problem for other lawyers.
I don't need to tell you how much stress or anxiety I had. He refused to return my money. I wrote him all the letters that pointed out my mistakes. Three months later, he replied that he was busy at H1B...It's a joke. Dejav! If you are concerned about immigration issues and living in the US, don't work with them

Don't waste time or money on James Mayock or EM Visa. My fiancee chose Jim as a lawyer and Jim is not 100% of the staff. Mayok and his staff provide due diligence, and lawyers submit office processing to USCIS to ensure that the company is correct at a minimum. Failed to execute SIGNED before submission and perform this operation. The form submitted was incomplete, unsigned, and additional information requested by USCIS was not submitted within the time period specified by USCIS. This business will burn you with nickel and leave you in a half-hearted state. If I could give them negative marks, I would give them. It is clumsy, not experts, and incompetent to escape from them.
