Carl William Cruz is a very reliable and knowledgeable immigration lawyer. In 2011, I hired a lawyer to help with the I-918 application. One year after he wanted to sign the certificate, he introduced me to Mr. Carl Cruz for help. Mr. Cruz told me at the first meeting. "I found a solution to the problem" and he did it!
Two months after the meeting, Mr. Cruz called 04/10/2012 to confirm that he signed the certification. I always remember this day. How wonderful it was to have hope again! For 14 years he was hopeless. 5...and most people who had little or no help said they could do nothing.
I am thankful that the other lawyer told Mr. Cruz. Now USCIS is considering my I-918 application.
