Hague & Amplifier; Belleze is one of the oldest joint law offices established in California. Barbara Harzig and Peggy Burese are colleagues in the Law School who have continued to work successfully as a business partner. Barbara and Peggy are mostly done through the development of a project in San Francisco, where they are a specialist in complex and professional laws that are particularly applicable to San Francisco. Herzig &Bellies have also been a pioneer using an airspace map to make apartments in parcels using existing units that cannot be connized under city law.

My experience was a little limited, but Barbara and I had a short telephone call. She was very knowledgeable about the Condo lottery process and very generous about time and advice. She listened to my story, heard my problem, and in a few minutes she took decisive action on me. If you pass the TIC conversion, or if you encounter problems with the TIC, we will always use her service.
