Gali, Josh, and the team did a great job to help us apply for a green card through the EB-1 route. The application process was very complicated and I wanted to wind up the ball to overcome the delays that the new government might have caused immigrants. Gully and Josh were great, and they answered questions, talked about my options, offered ideas and solutions, and interested in my specific case.

My case took about two months to meet. There were many hurdles along the way and I needed constant advice. I mainly dealt with the rest of the legal team, Philippe and Marjan, very sensitive, helpful, patient and courteous people (to my millions of questions), but if something extra explanation was needed, Gari and Josh were at hand. In my case, I was very good at receiving requests for more evidence, telling me something unexpected happened and what was needed to solve it.

My husband and I were put on hold at the first green card interview. Because I have lived together for over five years, it wasn't enough to prove a good-will marriage. Of the four immigration lawyers I worked with, Gari is the best!  She is knowledgeable, experienced and caring for a great support team. Her best asset is a strategic plan to build the best case. Through my marriage, I received an RFE letter from USCIS and had a rather complex and serious incident. She helped me get a ten-year green card.

Ghali presented me with some strategic options. She carefully considered how to build my case, including the additional documents I needed to prepare, and made sure my position was legal while waiting for USCIS to review my case. Her team also followed USCIS and in less than a month my petition was approved. Previously, the USCIS website always checked the status of the case, but this did not mean that AGVT would not update the status of the case frequently. Gari's team was amazing! While the efforts against immigration are always horribly unpredictable, it has been very successful who has citizenship and will use the green card of the spouse. Gari was kind, professional-looking, and intended to help her get a visa.  
She is very real, useful, informative,  and presented me with some options.  Unfortunately, she decided that it was not easy for me to stay in America.


I trusted Gari's knowledge and experience, and didn't get what I expected.  The lesson here is that no matter what lawyer you use, you can investigate beforehand and have a cultured dialog with them.  Ask a lot of questions, and if the advice you receive differs from what you expect, don't be afraid to ask another opinion.  

But Gari seems to have a lot of success stories with other customers!   I think my immigration is a little more difficult than other people...

Thanks to the same Eliper, I found Gari and her team.  I had a relatively simple case of immigration called a short stay visa where I worked through NAFTA.  For me, as a Canadian, this process seemed not very difficult for me, but I wanted additional advice.  Gari's team was very sweet and gave me tea when I got to the office.  We talked about A  I answered the question for 30 minutes and she made a parcel.

What I really appreciate about Ghali and her team is how realistic they are.  They didn't make false promises like other immigration lawyers, but they fooled me as much as possible.

During her husband's immigration procedure, Jen and her colleagues were found to be useful, thorough and reliable.  She answered all questions, whether small or insignificant.  She replied to our email quickly and could easily get in touch by phone.

When I first completed my colleague's application for a H-1B visa, I was rejected, so we were at a loss.  We contacted this law firm (she is a guest lecturer at the graduate seminar), especially Jennifer S, as the deadline was approaching.  I was at the heart of this problem, so I knew that there was little time for my colleagues to solve this problem. (I think my voice got a few octaves higher when I started talking with Jennifer.) She quickly took my stress and taught me everything to be completed, with the cost and cost reasons. Everything was transparent!

Jennifer worked with me and my team. She answered all the questions with no sense of frustration or humility She followed up all the items and made sure she had all the necessary documentation to complete the "appeal" process. (This may have contributed to the initial denial, as the lawyer who worked with us first guided us in a completely different direction.) First of all, I should thank Gari and her team again. I don't think I can get permission unless they are there.
2 I went to her office just before the interview. It was the last week of July 2011. I didn't know how serious it was until my friend told me that I should consult a lawyer. I found her office on google. Originally I had an appointment with Jennifer, but she couldn't come to our interview and Mr. Gari came in. After I spoke for a few minutes, it was obvious that she knew what she was doing. She spoke confidently and told me what I should prepare.  She also told me to bring my husband to the next meeting if I wanted to represent us. I was very moved by her and felt that I had found the right person. Two days before the interview, my husband and I went to the office together to prepare for the interview and told me what the interviewer expects and what they ask. At a very efficient meeting, her explanation told me the source of the interviewer. What she said she needed to talk to us. It was the same as I had heard of the journey that the interviewer had gone with me, and I did not say that I had just been here and there. She told us that we should connect all the events that happened on the trip and tell us the details. She told us to write down everything we had done last week. Like a time frame.  It was also very useful for preparation. The interview was early Tuesday morning and she was with us on time. After the interview, she says that we have done a great job and believes that we can get good results. Around 3:00 on the same day, I received an email from the Immigration that my case was approved. If you need an immigration lawyer, I recommend a lawyer! After approval, USPS lost the GC during delivery and had to apply the I-90 form. I thought I would do it myself, but I asked Mr. Gari again. Now my i-90 is approved and waiting for the card! The experience with Gordon and her team was wonderful. I always do that job and strongly recommend it to friends who need help in the future.

My experience with Gari and her friends is amazing! Once I had a bad experience with an immigration lawyer, he caused me a lot of stress. The man was employed by the previous company and applied for the PR through a labor certificate. It didn't happen for a long time. He seems to be so slow and not know his sh*t. I applied for the adjustment of my visa status from H1 (student) visa to permanent resident visa. As many immigrants feel, I was very afraid of the procedures for immigration.
