When I worked with the Fragment team, I had a very fun and smooth experience. Before answering the question, they sent me a notice and always asked me to answer the question. My H1B transfer and end-to-end process (LCA+H1 transfer) took three weeks. This is the earliest procedure I have ever experienced in the past three years.
From my heart, I would like to thank the corporation and the lawyer for working on my case.

It's so slow! !! Email response, application, all! !!
PERM application for 1 year, I am H1b!!! I was in my fifth year. If I-140 is not admitted before the end of the sixth year, I lose my position and their responsibility! !!
Stay away from this company as far as you can! !!

Poor law firm. They didn't know anything about my visa application and submitted a very bad application. I received the RFE that they said it would take two months. They really shouldn't get this job. The way people play with their work and life is sad. I strongly recommend hiring your personal lawyer. Also, do not go with them on visa matters

This company is terrible, very slow, and not professional. All of my company's immigration has failed or is at least two weeks to two months behind.
I will never cooperate with this company again.

The only person I'm talking to is comments about a consulting session with Mr. Flagmon. Basically, I said my case was hopeless, but to look into it more closely, I should keep it at $6,000. Do all Hong Kong partners think there will be more money on the tree? Besides, I didn't answer my question directly and I was irritated. If my case is hopeless, why do you pay 6,000 dollars? I spoke to other lawyers, but they were charged a sixth of their expenses, and they talked more frankly to me about my case and how they could help. They just want your money and don't work with these people.

Please avoid this law firm. My husband and I used them to apply for our green card and it was a terrible experience from beginning to end. The thing that worries me most is that even if I ignore my emails several times, my husband will reply as soon as he sends the same email later. I didn't even get the email, and in the email that asked my husband for information about two people, I was called by name, even though I was a client, and called "spouse." They didn't. They spent a very slow time when they replied to the email. When I copy the information I send to our green card, they make mistakes after making mistakes, without explaining or apologizing.
If possible, zero the star. Like many other reviewers, we recommend that you give one star and avoid it.

Why does a company respect its clients, and even though it is incredibly slow, it is so incompetent and disagreeable.
I am constantly making serious mistakes (wrong visa, delayed weeks), and I'm not apologizing for weeks.
Keep away from this company!
Anonymous
Again, the others are very incompetent and slow. Personally, I would like to avoid requests from companies that do immigration procedures in Fragments.

Yelp must support negative stars. Give 100,000 stars to the Fragment Omen. Very late, not professional. They don't know what they are doing. I'll be late for everything. I can't trust them at all. Avoid flag omens! !

They are late. Very slow. I asked them to prepare a simple form and gave them all the necessary information. Believe me, it's only 10 minutes' work. It took weeks. When I send an email, I get a reply after weeks. They are very impatient when they answer. For them, they are God, you are nothing, you are a poor "client."

Very late. a formidable service They delayed my permanent application by almost a year. I don't know why Adobe works with Adobe.

Slow, not professional. They spent two weeks examining my PERM application and whether my birthday, birth and citizenship were wrong. The final review took two weeks and no longer replied to me. If you want a better experience, leave them.

Is it possible to give a negative star to the company? If so, I will give it to this company. Only the company I worked on many times. Very slow, unresponsive, incompetent people. I don't know how I delayed my visa extension or the green card procedure. They are not available, they are not properly renewed, and the immigration procedure is delayed for several months. Why does a company assign this job even though it has a reputation and reputation? To eliminate a large amount of frustration without approaching this company.

I would like to add a negative evaluation. They are the worst company in my career. Their response to email is worse than slow speed. It will take weeks to process your visa delivery request.
The worst lawyers. If you have to deal with them...Good luck! !

My current company works with Fagomen. Writing green cards was very slow!! Now you have to change your employer, and the new employer will also pass through Fragomen. What a bad thing! The H1B transfer process is passing through these processes, but is repeatedly very slow. After two days, I received a reply and said, "You know...I don't care about you..."
Terrible. It's really horrible!

The fragment started with making a lot of mistakes (e.g., mistakes, data, etc.) when filling out some government forms for us. So basically, I had to check everything and do HER job.
They are unresponsive and show no interest in their customers. We moved our lawyer office so that we wouldn't have to deal with them anymore. The contract was to send all the documents they had received to the new Prosecutor's Office (in relation to our immigration). I received an EAD card from USCIS and stored it for a week, but did not inform us (how difficult it is to send email or phone) and did not send it to the new prosecutor's office. We found that our cards were received by them (going to the post office) and had to receive them in their office.
Don't hire them. There is a better lawyer's office in the bay.

I quit my job and tried to apply for a green card through them for two years (!) to enter another company working at another law firm.
I never believed with them unless I took a bug every day. literal) - Just don't start looking at the application.
Yes, it is known to be large. That might be a problem. They start prioritizing because they have a lot of work. A person who only bugs once a week gets the lowest priority. a terrible experience

If I get a negative evaluation, I want to. They are horribly, always following the last request and delay the process. Ask questions by email, answer slower, answer each question. Because they think so, you can ask them again and they can charge you $$$. I work with them and two companies in the same BS. I will never use those again. I missed all the deadlines
Anonymous
Terrible. Slow...Slow...No matter what they do, be late. I can't make the deadline. They don't care about the deadline or waiting time we experience. I strongly advise you not to submit your petition through them. It will take one year to submit the PERM petition. Imagine getting through a green card.

the worst experience ever a miserable and terrible experience They are not responsible for what they have done. Certainly don't recommend it to anyone.

Perhaps the worst service I've ever encountered. Don't answer the phone or email.
When I schedule a phone call, I get such a vague answer. If you call for two minutes to see what you should say first, you will be charged an hour's fee. Haha
I learned more from this incompetent company by my own research.
That's a weird bad service!

Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Rouy, an LLP is a formidable law firm that removes the challenges of highly skilled immigrants in already difficult immigration systems. Here are the results that I had to endure because they are so powerless to deal with my case when I was at a management consulting firm.
1. Taking advantage of the renewed visa, I can no longer go abroad to meet my family for more than two years.
2. With the new employer, I resumed the permanent residency process from scratch, and eventually spent on self-filing at EB-1A because Fragomen did not contact me with the numbers. I worked for nearly five years at a management consulting firm that held Mr. Kozu as an attorney at law for immigration.
3. If I didn't submit my application or tell you the truth, I would become a permanent resident of the United States in 2011 and a citizen in 2016.
Here are some questions about how to handle Fragomen's green card application. bit.ly/1Tbj1eM

I don't recommend a fragment to anyone.
Make mistakes in any form (quality is not allowed).
They admit their mistakes and don't lie at all.
Charge $1,000 for a single-page form. Even though you've made all the mistakes and asked for a discount, there's no discount for that form.

If -1 can be specified, then the flag is ! ! They are not professional, they are out of date! !
Fragment! !!!
Our case is sent to the target audit (two consecutive). It was a mistake to forget to send the document for the first time.
I didn't care to ask such a fool, so I smiled. And, unfortunately, they are out of date and unable to deal with any cases.
It's a waste of money.
They will waste nearly two years of us and
don't choose any fragments anywhere in the world! !

The worst law firm! I don't suggest them to anyone. They didn't choose because they made a mistake in my application. They don't admit their mistakes and don't care.
Do not accept or call again. Don't expect a response to your email unless you cc your boss or someone at a high level.
They have mistook my name and have not confirmed the form at all. I could not believe my attitude when I pointed out. It sounded like I was wrong.
Good luck to the flagmon! I was surprised that they were still doing business.

a formidable law firm The h-1b quota limit was not reached because the Fragomen submission was delayed. In 2012, I left college and was adopted immediately, and Fragment was in charge of my petition. The fragment received the information in March was confirmed by the time when the LCA passed the LCA (the year in which the lottery was not held) because there was no LCA in May. In 2015, Fast Forward switched companies and is responsible again for the transfer of visas for new companies. The premium processing was suspended from late May to late July, but when Fragmon filed the petition in early July, they claimed they had submitted the premium processing (I proved in writing). However, in mid-July, the interruption was canceled early, and the fragment "upgraded" my petition to premium. Joining a new company has been delayed four times due to the black box process and inaccurate communication.

I wish I had given me zero stars. If their employer is their client, I pray for good luck to help them. They never respond to your email, forget ETA and don't even care about sending your acknowledgements. a non-professional and unmotivated attitude toward their customers

the worst service
They do not receive email replies or calls.

I'm a wonderful immigration officer. Very competent, understanding and useful. Fastest rotation and great follow-up.

I think the previous reviewer is an American citizen or a fragment employee. I used to work for a major German software company. And I was frustrated with & for two or three years, Flagmon and their moral Lauries were troubled, and the lawyer would help the way out, look, and be easy for the client...But it's not a fragment. Unfortunately, my case was assigned to Rahul Shah...The biggest morning......PERM and I140 were approved within 30 days today after joining another Bay Area technology company. It takes only four months to prepare the case! !!! Wow, it may seem like a miracle to Flagmon's lawyer...A Hammond lawyer puts off the timeline...... I always thought that Mr. Perfume was my favorite, even though I had always thought that he was a guest confined in a ring. HR & Thanks to Hammond's law firm...You rock! The google for fragomen review also shows the misery of Fragomen
