Elke & You used the service. Merchants, especially Tom Elk, twice. Three years ago, I moved the owner and Elk & amp; I hired. A merchant after meeting Tom at the Tenants Union. Tom couldn't believe it! He is good at his own actions, getting what his customers want. And most importantly, he has integrity. It was very stressful for me to sue the landlord (although this person was treated badly by me...), Tom gave full support and I got satisfactory results. He explained my rights, and frankly told me about various options and their different risks, and made my own decision. Frankly speaking (honestly, I was a little surprised at his candor at first!), he was realistic and quickly realized that he was more concerned about your overall happiness than he could make money. He is very familiar with San Francisco's miscellaneous land lease laws and SF tenant union volunteers. If you think you're being treated badly by your landlord, talk to him! I highly recommend it.

Tom Elk is the gift of God. Around the end of 2014, the bedroom was notified of illegal evictions in three apartments for rent. I was well below the market price, and I was confronted by an ignorant landlord in the center of Castro who has built a house for more than six years.

I have a middle-class landlord.  I finally reported to the code execution.
Then he will send here a contractor who does not have the proper insurance and wants to use an unlicensed subcontractor.  When he told the contractor no, he began to talk long about bullying and threats.  When I finally started the insurance, I made him work.  He drew a courtyard and after two days he had 100 bubbles.  The plumber he hired brought an old toilet to the corridor with my carpet, and he didn't empty the water first.  Dangerous water on the carpet in the corridor.   So, I ordered real estate from a construction contractor.

The next morning (Saturday), I received an email from a senior partner of the company who contacted me on Friday. Read what I've written and tell him that I can talk to us on Monday. (Great reaction). We traded a short email to set the time.

Tom Elk called me on Monday. We talked for about 20 minutes. The conversation went well. It was not his type, but he suggested to us. Great.

2 Day; On Wednesday, Tom called again and asked why I did a bad review of Yelp. I pointed out that I had written a review before I spoke with him, and said that I had written it because I had contacted him on Wednesday, but I had heard nothing on Friday night. Finally, he pointed out that he had not spoken to anyone until the next Monday.

The above Yelp information clearly states that the response rate is approximately 100% per hour. After two days, I felt it was appropriate to let others know that True Response Time is not about an hour. It's not two days. (In the end, reviewing the company's claims is one of the main objectives of Yelp.)

- Tom wanted to know why I wrote a bad evaluation.
- I said I should explain myself, and I have nothing more to say.  "If I spoke to you on Monday, everything was fine," (Yes, Tom. However, the review was before the conversation and was about response time. No matter how we interact...... But now it is.)  
- then..."But you said I was the first person you spoke to." - Yes, Tom said, "I spoke to you." I promised to "talk" with someone at the other law firm, but it didn't last for another two hours. I didn't "talk to them", but in fact they contacted me personally at 9 a.m. on Saturday, and got a promise. (Really amazing!)
- "Did you do a bad rating on other companies?" - Not very relevant or business. But if you know, it's very impressive to return to me on Saturday. (They finally recommended finding a company specializing in neighboring disputes). It's the same as you. So this is not about your advice.)

I will tell you. I waited for two days to write a review. Five days after I contacted you, I gave up the request for the advertisement and four days later your phone came. ***We'll send you a 1 hour 100% response rate *** report on Yelp.

You may be a good lawyer, but given the nature of my question, it was neither constructive nor appropriate to accuse me of the 'violent attacks by the tenant of the neighboring country' on Elip's re-investigation.

After reading what others have written in this review, I have to agree to all the good and beneficial aspects mentioned here by 100%. The chief lawyer was Tom Elk, who was the perfect man for me.

Disclaimer. First, I am not a lawyer, so I may write a wrong law, but I want you to understand the gist of my review.

The landlord is an illegal resident. The incident was dragged out of the landlord's side for more than eight months, not my side. Tom got through everything to me. He understood simple and easy things and was motivated to fight for them. When I was talking to another company, I never heard of BS or small charges when I previously talked to another company.

I don't think I could move their heads straight because of the relationship between the landlord and the lawyer. They wasted time and dragged out things. In this process, Tom inevitably was out for a little time. So I was with Alex Merchant while I was in a position with the privilege of working with him. Alex concentrated on the opposing questions that supported me, even though their side locked me in the room for about six hours. Exhausted, I was again satisfied with the choice of a lawyer.

After all, I made the whole incident feel the results wonderful. I wasn't staying in an apartment, but Tom got a $0$ "big" settlement and separated me from the worries and stress of living under his old address. Now we have a new apartment, Tom & I can't thank you enough. Alex is enough.

Two things are necessary to hire a lawyer. one of the best lawyers you can buy for money. 2. We will not release the savings of life beyond that. Both. They're smart, so I won't drag you off. The landlord tried to evict me. You may have been tried with countless dollars of legal fees, but instead Elke & was brought to trial. The merchant issued a summary sentence and threw everything out of court at the most reasonable price. Despite the fact that Tom is incredibly fond of personality and attractive, in a traditional and most effective way, Tom is a shark in humans. I personally observed that he made his advice look foolish, confused, and generally foolish. Tom is the best way to get positive results if you need to stand in front of a judge. I'm not normal to write a review, but I had such a good experience that I had to let others know.

After writing a long list of issues with my husband, I met Tom Elk at the science fiction tenant union. He helped me there and gave me a card in case anything else happened. Unfortunately, there are many problems that I have to deal with, but Tom has been very helpful throughout.

Tom was kind enough to talk to me last week about my right to terminate the lease for my personal reasons and my right to the deposit for 20 minutes.  My department had no lease regulations, and four-year landlords were trying to let me pay 20% rent to go to a monthly lease from an annual lease.  I was trying to understand whether it was better to pay a monthly raise or break a lease in the middle of the year.  Tom directed the relevant departments of the California Civil Code to read the law and give very clear guidance on the steps that can be taken to protect the security deposit.  He saved a lot of time and anxiety about the process and provided me with the information needed to make more informed decisions.  And he understood the emotional elements of this problem both from me and from the landlord. It was a pity for me that I recently came to terms with a rental apartment in East Bay.  At the short end of the stick of a big company, it's enough to say that you unfairly found yourself (NO, REALLY).  Clearly I was afraid, and I found myself afraid of being compelled to pay my own deserved money, and not even legal.  Of course, if these problems get insane, you can think of all the problems and options calmly, because you don't get to be polite in life where nothing happens.  Of course, life is life, and such a situation happens at the worst. The neighbors upstairs made a fuss and I had less time to sleep, so I was in a bad situation for rental. The landlords were too much to help the situation. I spoke to Alex Merchant and had a wonderful experience, so I had to write this review right away. First, at the first consultation, he took time to listen to me. "My rates are good, so come early and think about the strategy," I told him. I was talking to him about my problem, but my present master was pushing himself to rent his own house because he broke the lease. I have been losing sleep for weeks. The landlord and landlord have helped me as much as possible to make sure that I am still responsible. Anyhow, Alex gave me great advice on how to deal with this situation and advice when I came to a small courthouse. Over the past five months, I have been trying many times to force the new landlord to evict both myself and the second floor tenant illegally. At least, I'm very stressed.
