Dolly Trumpeter's voice mail says that you'll get a call in between 24 and 48 hours.  Right, Left  Massacred with unanswered questions.  Dolly Trumpeter called after she signed the fee contract and I got approval.  I asked her to lower the charges. She started calling because I saved a lot of time to contact SS...But still, he said, "Not all the phones come back."  I wonder when she will decide  Phone calls are preferred 48 hours a day.
She returns an email, it seems like a pre-packaged letter, and everyone says almost the same thing as a social security brochure.   It takes time to read it over and over......  Her advice will take two years to solve. I couldn't wait two years, so I hired a lawyer...  I regularly contacted the Social Security, informed me of my hardships and solved them in a year. Instead of what she wrote, Dolly Trump would have advised me that I should move my case on line.
The same thing I heard from the Social Security Bureau staff.  Dolly Trumpeter said he was a social security lawyer.  She must be saying the same thing.
Dolly Trumpeter will submit the documents that she has given to you, but it will send the necessary procedures to the person in charge.
Don't expect introductions or get immediate advice.
She advised my lawyer that the SS would be a long process and would affect the advice in that case.  Based on Dolly Trumpeter's poor advice, we soon solved the case.  Ag  !
There were several lawyers in my life. She was the least responsive lawyer I've ever worked with, and her advice was redundant and irrelevant. I wanted people to be more creative and sensitive.
Especially before hiring Dolly Trumpeter, find a lawyer with a good customer reputation.

I contacted Dolly Trompeter through her website as possible to help with SSDI cases. In response to the first inquiry, she immediately responded and asked me to fill out a question about my case. Since I had not received a reply for more than a week, I had to make another inquiry to receive the reply. I said I didn't answer because I'm on vacation. What is a reputable office that doesn't know how to set up email when you're away? At any rate, she bluntly said that she could not help me. It seems that the wallet is more concerned than people with disabilities.
