Since March 2011, San Francisco DA has dropped more than 56 major crime cases in order to avoid the need to publish an important internal memo detailing the evidence for DNA research at a city laboratory.
My opinion is:
- In case of an unsentenced criminal complaint in San Francisco, it is highly likely that the DA will drop the complaint once enough stones are started to overturn.
- Problem: DNA is incorrect, not, and not before "Close enough," a heinous criminal who majored in San Francisco will be released, and all crimes will be dropped and released on the streets of San Francisco until the city cleans up.
