I was very satisfied with the results of the David Yusman office. He was fined 500 dollars for two driving-related crimes and David was able to fight well for me. I didn't even have to stand in court. Instead, they fought on my behalf and succeeded in taking up both tickets. I'll have the money paid. For $125, you get a terrible proxy. I've been tired many times before a trial with a lawyer. I said I didn't need it. Come at 1 p.m. on the day of the trial. Many of Yusman's clients don't seem to come to court.

When I arrived, Yusman was very busy and didn't give me five minutes in the waiting room. I never thought that I was concentrating his whole attention. I said there was no incident. He didn't actually deal with my case. My case was handled by a young colleague named Mike. With at least 20 other cases in two courts. He carried a 4- or 5-inch thick file in a case. On the day I was in court, it was the only law firm representing the accused, so they seemed to have gained a lot of work.

Mike was useless in the court, so I discussed my case myself. He is very cozy with the police and tries to "not remember the case" to reduce charges or demand dismissal. Every time he demands a policeman to fire, he shaking hands wonderfully with the policeman. My policeman had nothing.

Of course I lost. I am now looking for a lawyer to appeal, as the judge has only seen half of my argument and ignored other arguments. The saiban-in support the police. Even if I think the police were confused and didn't know the car code.

I would rather pay $500 than the $1500 additional premium. Did my case not win? But I don't think I got the support from the company for my position and for my aggressive defense. What did you expect for $125? absolute minimum effort

Basically, it is a factory. They do good marketing, they are across the street from the Department of Justice, and the secretary takes the money.

I had to go there because I was preparing to set the date of the trial and appeared in my place. But that's all I got.

I received a speeding ticket at Golden Gate Park and exceeded the speed limit of more than 30 miles. With this, I went to look for a lawyer who would be automatically excluded from the school and help. I met David Utman's Yelp page and was impressed by the review and had a wonderful experience.

I received a letter saying that the trial started in late May after visiting the office in February 2014 to continue his work. Two weeks after the trial, the judge signed a contract with the judicial officer, and received an email stating that the plaintiff of the violation should be rejected, and that the plaintiff should not be ignored if the plaintiff is corrected. I went to Mr. Osman on the advice of a friend, and bought a small traffic ticket, but I wanted to avoid the record, so I decided to start a school if necessary.  I only met his staff for about five minutes, and they convinced me that I was safe.  I only got a few months of emails to keep me up to date.  The date in court ended a week ago. I didn't need to attend, Mr. Yusman was there for me.  I received a notice that my case has been resolved and that everything is done.  All my actions this time were writing a check in their office for five minutes (140 dollars?  I can't remember that.)  No one stands in court on the day of the inquest. My experience at David Utman's office has completely changed.

SF After walking outside the Traffic Court, I found an office. The Ottoman office is strategically located across the street.

They helped me clean up two tickets. But on my third mission, I ruined my opinion. The judge doubled my fine, but the Yusman office kept me informed for days. When I called them, they said that the ticket was accidentally cut and then canceled it. I was disappointed with their customer service and how they worked with me.

I am honest that everything else is equal, and I think it is better to transfer funds to the science fiction city than to the law office. I'm going to look for an alternative to future traffic tickets.

One star review seems to have disappeared. Think of it as a warning. "Free" legal consultations with Chinese secretaries are leading you to the level of service. This man only does what he can with his type of batch processing. At the last minute, he canceled their promise and lied that he was busy with the trial. If Yusman is a lawyer, expect the most basic negotiations and apathy. Save money and look for defense strategies on line or find a more competent and reliable lawyer. This is not difficult.

I met you just before the trial started.  during a session  He said he knew the policeman who gave me the ticket, and we saw him.  David approached him and asked if he would consider reducing the charges.  He agreed!  I couldn't!

So my results are great. The fine is not bad, the traffic school is not good, and the qualifications to go to driving school are still good if necessary.

He may help the police issue tickets, but he won't help in red traffic. He sent a letter with the final result...  "At the time, the lawyer had agreed to engage in a judicial transaction with the police and to amend the original case, but the court rejected the transaction. Wow.  This law firm is excellent.  I stopped and got a ticket from a San Francisco policeman.  The incident was neither likely nor a ticket to me  I hastened to Elpe and found this law firm.  After looking at the law firm (I looked at the CA state bar, but there was no problem). I called them and asked them to fax me a copy of my ticket.  The court date was the next day and I was worried that something might happen.  They told me not to worry, and took care of everything.  Three months later, they called me (yesterday) and said the incident was resolved!  They saved me a lot of money.  Their prices are very cheap for the services they offer.  The recommended originals have already started introducing friends.

The first ticket is in San Mateo and is an illegal lane change. Basically, I walked from the left lane through the intersection.

The second ticket was located in Palo Alto and was passing the stop sign.

The third ticket was in the science fiction and it turned left illegally (even though there was a left turn sign at the intersection). Communication and prompt for all notifications so I was treated generously.

Only the third out of the three above were fired, and only the second were rejected. I evaluated David accordingly. From other reviews, as long as we are dealing with traffic violations in San Francisco, his office is highly reliable. Not in San Mateo or Santa Clara countries.

Read the review of Mark G. and it was a little skeptical that it was a fake review. I received a ticket for a left turn with a left turn sign. Living in Los Angeles at that time, I didn't have the option of attending the session on my behalf. So I hired David. I had never spoken to him personally, I was his assistant. After 10 years, I had no tickets and one officer gave me a suspicious red-light ticket.  It was a wonderful job, not to mention the negotiations of dismissal. David Yusman's office was good at getting me out of the ticket.  While the gate was down, I got a ticket across the railroad tracks.  I don't think the gate was moving, nor did I feel as if the gate had been pushed open at all, when the arms were completely down.  Anyway, I don't think I'm bad, but I got a ticket.  I was afraid to pay a ticket that wasn't worthy of me.  A friend introduced me to David Yusman's office.  David's office was very clear about what I needed to provide with them.  Six months after I got my ticket, my ticket was rejected and I got an email from David's office!  Wooh!

Don't waste your money.  David Utman's service fees seem very low, but his efforts are similar.  There is no real "court" here.  If you need a warm body, he is your man.  To get the real chance to break the ticket, unfortunately, you need more.  Look at the others.
