Summer was a complete professional.  He is thoughtful, considerate, meticulous, and has changed his trust, advanced instructions and will.  I was able to do it at about two meetings. I hired Chris Dius, and I realized that I was not a professional landlord, and I didn't want to cross the T-mark, which is a big problem in science fiction.
I can't give you the details, but Chris Dius found a waitress and went out rather than paying the rent. Chris's technology, which is satisfied with the job, is likely to save me a lot of money without riding it. If he gives me ten stars, I'll do it.

I worked mainly with Summer Danhula as a supervisor attorney for the problems of property damage.
