I don't know how they got a decent rating. Obviously everything is fluffy. I called on a serious PI. Henry told me that he would give me an answer at once. No one called.

1 - Follow up the call. Henry took my statement again. They were interested in this incident and wanted to schedule a meeting, but they told me that they could not specify the time.

2 Call again. I was asked to schedule a meeting. The office manager didn't mind, but said, "Someone will call you right away."

3 Follow up (call again). After all, he was apologized many times and said he was too busy to take up the case. Also, while talking to Henry, he was distracted by another conversation and might have laughed at jokes (I think so). He evidently did not notice that I had heard his laugh. There's never the attitude of people in the legal world that they want.

Conclusion: If you have serious PI cases that require attention, do not waste time or energy on disorganized people. Go ahead and find a better practice.

Darius is wonderful. After a year of treatment, I finally got into the insurance of the beaten man, but Ajuster depressed me. He did not come from a university law school (Kinmen University).   This is not a big deal, but there is a better lawyer, more experience.
