Carlos is honest and knows the law. He works early. The most important thing is to listen to him.
Carlos was able to help with a complex, property contract that must be completed on the weekend. He didn't just copy the paper, but read it out and wrote the paper from scratch. I like his work very much and I recommend it very much.

Carlos Abella helped me win my difficult case on the science fiction rent board with an illegal rent increase against the city's mayor law firm. Carlos Abella knows what he has!

Carlos Abella is a competent lawyer with deep knowledge of legal issues in the areas of labor and employment law. And they tried to make me quit my job. They tried to trick me into a separate contract that says I quit my job and can't qualify for unemployment benefits.
When I consulted Mr. Abella, his legal skills were completely saved from the disastrous consequences for me. He knew that I had a separate contract with my employer, that I was freed from any further obligations to me, and that there were common reasons for allowing me to proceed. I negotiated on my behalf a more appropriate separation agreement with my employer, and I was able to receive unemployment insurance benefits so that I would be dismissed without negligence and not forced or tricked.
I still consult with him and I find his keen knowledge and shrewd opinion very valuable He knows the law, and he knows how to use it to run the system and give you protection that the law gives you. If you are looking for an experienced lawyer who has a job law or business contract problem, Mr. Abella is a great candidate.
