I received a ticket with a different address that arrived a few months ago.

I called them immediately. Not only did the free consultation, but also the reduction of fees helped to bring this ticket back to court. This motion has to be paid in full, but the help they provided was very helpful and they gave me a very brief explanation of everything. I'll be back whenever I need to fight future tickets.

In August 2017, I hired California State Transportation and fought against the tickets I received across the yellow line of Valencia, I think it's legal. The policeman claimed that I had made a bad U turn. The last contact I received from the CTD was to bring my case to the court in December and inform me of the results. I forgot. I received a $580 debt from the Traffic Court because I didn't accept the deadline CTD didn't let me know. I paid $150 CTD, so the ticket cost $730. We are waiting for CTD to contact us whether they will compensate me for a $280 violation, a $300 delay penalty, and a $150 "service".

Update: CTD does not compensate me. They say they won my case by not putting points on my driving record.

Of course I will never use their service again and strongly recommend that no one else use it. There are several other services that fight traffic inquiries. One is right next to CTD on Bryant Street.

My camera ticket turned on while I went to the Bay Area. The CTD administrator quickly accepted my case, but the subsequent contact was zero.  I had to get in touch with all of them, and I never talked with their "lawyer."

9 Months later, I was told at the trial that I lost my case because CTD lawyer Sean D. Mowley had not been taken to my trial.  The CTD went silent on the radio.   I will avoid this company by any means.

This is the first time I've taken a left-turn ticket from California transportation. I chose CTD as the representative because my ticket was eventually rejected, so I am very happy. I foolishly turned off Mission St on the 2nd. There was a motorcycle policeman who lit me up. He gave up going to the school with a fine, but his family and friends knew that Rob and his crew worked miraculously. I took a ticket to their office in the fall. Just by shaking down a small check, they received from their office an email saying that the quotation was rejected when the trial was put on. At a very affordable price, I was saved a bunch and saved the hassle and expense of on line transportation schools.

Reference: The people in the office were polite and neutral, and I felt like a fool who passed through the intersection for hundreds of years.

The first ticket (mobile phone and U-turn fraud) ended safely.

The second time ended safely.

The third time (stopped on the bicycle lane and blocked the traffic flow), he said who was the criminal, and I did not have a way to win He always appeared that in the year, he said he would not take such a trial once or twice. CTD is always honest, honest, and professional. The bad rating I read here is probably from customers who are not able to reject tickets and are dissatisfied. What do you want? What I had to do was to express myself legally. You don't have to take the day off work to go to trial, so you've already paid that much. Don't start at 850 Bryant in room 145. You'll want to call CTD just by that line! These things never warrant, and ought to be known before employing an attorney for legal purposes. It may have been lucky to get rid of all my tickets, but like anything else in life, your mileage may be different. Don't read the positive review of the ticket rejection, but expect the same results. Take everything with a pinch of salt.

Hi, my name is Idea. I got three tickets in San Francisco because I did a dot lift, failed to stop, turned U fraudulently and issued a red light. I asked the California Transportation Service, all my tickets were rejected, and my record had no points. They helped me get rid of the quote on suspicion of using the red light. Basically, they pulled all the work out of my hands, kept updating the situation in the case, they appeared on my behalf and sent me an email notification after the case was resolved. Recommended!

They wanted me to drop my speeding ticket, but in vain. My move violation was a more expensive parking violation than speed violation. I might have had better have paid a speeding ticket to go to a traffic school. I will never come back to them again.

These guys are the best sources! ! I used their great service, not one or two, not three, actually I can't count, but I gave one ticket, and all, they were fired! There's a ticket to stop the car in the school zone...He died in front of the police officer and got me out! !  You're a life, you're a driver of a license and insurance! I received a red-light camera ticket outside Facebook at Menlo Park. I sent a ticket to deal with the transportation. It took me a long time to go back and forth, partly because I wasn't able to attend a school of transportation and because the judge missed it when it first went. But my ticket was cleared up after all. Hitasha was wonderful and very careful and thank you for taking up this ticket. I will be sure to return if I encounter any problems in the future.

The problem with my sitation is that the San Francisco signal did not have the camera footage of the ACTUAL incident.   I read about the law firm of the California State Traffic Defense Agency on the Transportation Law website.  So I hired them and represented my associated traffic signal case.  The representatives who took over my case were very kind, but it seems that they didn't fight too hard for my case.  He told me that the result was not bad because it was not against the driving record.  This is bullshit because I know I didn't do anything wrong. I waited for the car in front of me to turn left.  Therefore, it is clear that "red-light cameras" do not take such images.

Conclusion:  So someone who paid 150 dollars appears in court to do little else?  Stay away!  As they say, you have to do the right thing yourself.  At a minimum, I often call to follow up, do my work, and prepare to pay for the first traffic violation.

Advice:  Go with someone else and ask beforehand if the charges are included in the appeal.

I will never use that service again.  The result was not so good that I had to pay more than the original ticket and spent more money than going to a school of transportation.  All you have to do is go to a school of transportation.  It's harder than a lawyer, but it's better.

Follow this review.  After I posted, someone contacted me from CA Traffic Defenders and tried to change my review.  This business is about SPIN.  They simply worry about the assessment on line and register more vulnerable people.  Buyer will pay attention to business that takes into account only the assessment and does not take into account the actual service.

The case is resolved!  I don't know whether the police didn't appear or whether the lawyer managed to refute my case.  I've never spoken to a lawyer before, so I think it's the former.

Still, few useful pointers.

1) I have never actually spoken to my lawyer.  You talk to the receptionist and the manager of the office who handles your case.  I'm a little worried, but I don't think lawyers can talk to everyone.  After all, this is a volume business.

2) I noticed that on their website I posted the results of their cases.  On average, 64% were dismissed.  The remaining 36% are either going to a school of transportation or having a low rate of violations.  That's why the odds are okay. It's better than turning the coin over.

In my opinion, I didn't have to come to the Transportation Court on my work day, so it was worth the expense I paid.  I think that the lawyers have some kind of relationship with the judges and the officers, and are taking special breaks from those who support the law.  I think their lawyers drink beer and play golf with judges and police officers over the weekend.  Who knows?

When I saw my ticket, they urged me to go to the school and reduce the amount in the court. They can get paid, but they only give me advice in accordance with my exact situation.
It means that they work honestly and do not receive money from customers in such situations.

I was assigned to California transportation through the app. They were very responsive, just asking for my ticket photos and an explanation of what happened. Seven months later, I decided on the date of the trial, and I didn't have to think about it and I didn't have to go to trial. And I got an email with a document that says my ticket was rejected! The lack of tickets on my record is worth a small price for a lawyer through this app. I can't be happier anymore!

In some magical and affordable way, the CTD was ticked without my finger. The CTD sent a friendly email update through the 18-month process and answered my questions quickly with a proper and helpful email. This is the first service, but I'm glad to put it in my back pocket!

Don't waste your time and money on your California transportation. I hired them and represented my traffic ticket flow. I had the impression that they would stand in court to fight my case, but they were not. They are just waiting for the police to show up.
I think this is a warning to remind everyone not to use their services. Just wasting money is a better chance of expressing yourself.  I will pay for the tickets, and these people too. They certainly know it, but they don't tell you. In my opinion, it deceives people with money.

They were always very polite, useful and very good at communication. And so far, I've brought more than six tickets among my friends, one of which was a minor crime. That's why there are five stars, so I recommend it to all my friends.

About a year ago, I was stopped for an illegal change in Belmont and a ticket was put on. I called California's transportation and gave all the details.

My complaint against me was withdrawn after I was told I had won the trial.

Take another ticket, and you will definitely use it! Hopefully I won't do something like:).

CTD called me a few days ago about my case/review. They explained what happened in the court. They said that they did their best to fight my ticket and succeeded in breaking the mark. The officer was familiar with riders, but I'm afraid he doesn't have any points because he needs to go to a traffic school.

Anyway, CTD has offered to repay this matter. I think a good review came from here because I was told to delete this review. I received a refund, so I changed my rating to 3 stars and thanked the refund.

They will save you time, even in a few days, a great and wasteful time. 2-0. Amazing.  A late-20s newcomer pulled me by what she said was that she had walked over the speed limit of 10 miles and without radar. Considering the insurance cost, it was worth it, not including the ticket price.

There is little way to use the Bay Area driver for a year  without any breach of moving  

There were two move violations last year. Based on the review of YELP, I relied on California Transportation. Although I rarely write YELP reviews, I think I gave her 10 stars because YELP led her to CTD.

Jessie Spivey and California Traffic Defenders teams. My first contact with them was with a calm, clear, communicative, honest, professional Jesse.

Through Jesse, CTD represented me in court and the results were a great success. The judge got rid of the fine which he had to pay with a single ticket (which runs on the bicycle lane). As for the other ticket (passing through the stop sign), the judge removed both the point and the fine.

CTS paid a very reasonable price than the price paid to itself. The fine was removed from one ticket, two points were removed, and more importantly, I did not waste 6-10 hours at the SF Court House.

Jesse promises nothing, but I think it's appropriate to represent them. I was surprised that I got tickets, and I didn't have to go to the paper, court documents, courts, and other troublesome things.

This experience has led me to abandon my car and now I take public transportation and taxis. I don't pay for parking, ask for parking, pay for cars, etc.

(Uber and Lyft mostly don't know the city, so they run on the road half the eye and half the GPS half the eye. The taxi company is fully insured, but the lift and Uber do not guarantee passengers.)

The California State Transportation Service represented me twice (well, you should see) and both tickets were completely rejected.  As a lawyer, I know the value of having a professional representative, so I chose the California Transportation Guardian twice as a lawyer rather than protecting myself (and having a fool for my customers).  The staff led by lawyer Rob Amparan is polite, efficient and very effective.  I want to get a ticket so they can represent you. (But seriously, I will soon obey the rules of the way.)  I can't thank them enough for their advice.

I hired him because I was lucky. The move violation was dismissed and divided into San Mateo County, no money, no points on my DMV record! With no pain, I didn't have to show up and all the communication was done by email. Not recommended.

I'm happy to hear that these people can get away with their tickets. In my case, in the rural road in central Marin County, I had doubts about the "visual" speed estimate, which should be supported by the crude CHP staff and the radar (?) with a speeding ticket (70 miles per hour 55 miles per hour). They took up the lawsuit for six months, only to get a legal fee of $350. Well, it may be worth a bet. -

I don't write criticism. These guys are amazing! I crossed the license point for two red-light camera tickets - Ouch! !!One of the violations was reduced from $890 to $550 for one of the violations, resulting in no scoring. Hello? It's no wonder. I paid more than $200 (actually I only paid $150 by driving UBER).

Not to use them, to waste time in court or school of transportation and work hard to earn money. I was also looking forward to saying that we are not guilty to judges doing all kinds of transactions. I say that I am not guilty.

The truth is that the judge listens to the lawyer. In particular, I meet with judges every week. While I was angry again and again, I spoke to me politely on the job. In short, he says, "He helped me down!" I strongly recommend them.

I don't know where to start. These guys are great professionals! More than 100 tickets from SF CHP were in. After the day I signed the contract, they didn't get me any more than 100 tickets. I had been praying not to stop my driver's license, but I paid a lot of money and I was convinced that I had to record at least two points. What is it? They just cleared the ticket! ! While this review is "extraordinary", I would like to thank the staff of California Transportation. My spouse was not very enthusiastic about asking for help to fight his ticket, but I strongly insisted on calling this business. I know there is no guarantee in the Transportation Court, but I am very happy that California State Transportation successfully defended my spouse and finally released his ticket. Scam! I paid $250 to the legal services to resolve the red light violation. I was told that if I paid this, everything would be over. Three months ago, I received a $350 payment from the court.

Since the phone does not return, we strongly recommend investing in other competent companies.

Answer to Robert: Great description! Attoney-Client private edge violated. Reading the details of my case generally only proves how incompetent this amateur company is!

"A lawyer who is publicly speaking about a customer's private or private business can be reprimanded or destroyed by a lawyer even if he/she is no longer a client's agent. Discussing the criminal record and illegal conduct of customers and past customers is considered a breach of the trustee's responsibility"

I hired them early this week to represent me in the trial. They were able to cancel my quotation. The witch is amazing! It was also wonderful that they did everything mainly through the mail witch. The reason I pulled out one star is because I feel I paid $250 just to go to court. The officer did not appear in the court. That means you're automatically canceling tickets. If I get another ticket, I'll hire them again. Only if they appear in court and they win my suit. I'll look back at this and start with five stars!  One to zero

CTD is amazing!  In May 2015, I received a speeding ticket in Guerrero. I was called CTD. I entered their office and made my statement. They processed everything after that. It was good that I never went to trial. They contacted me today on December 22. They tell me that they have won my case. You don't need to pay a fine, go to a traffic school, don't worry about my driving record points!  It is a burden on my mind because it requires accurate driving records for my work. I strongly recommend them.

SF A woman with a front in the south office, Caroline is amazing! She has a friendly atmosphere. Caroline is very kind, helpful, and overall great, so if you are lucky enough to cross her path, everyone will soon be back on their feet. She was very helpful on the phone with me and gave me helpful advice whether I wanted to hire a California transportation officer or not. I tried hiring them for a speeding ticket. Jesse gathered all my information and told me on the day before the hearing that he could not arrange a lawyer to go to court. Frankly speaking, he seemed rude and uncooperative. I called several times and found myself (even though they should have done it) and was able to win the case. Next time, it is desirable to keep your promise.

They were much better than I could have imagined! The first breach costs $800, two points on record. I met them and they did a great job explaining all the possibilities and exceptions I should have. They were very honest, and I really wanted to see if they were aware of the danger before hiring them, so I was very grateful to them. They gave me the best result. Everything's done! My records don't have any fines or fines!

I got my ticket down in the zone of 30 miles an hour, which the science fiction officer certainly used as a cherry patch. It happened to be a double fine zone. I didn't need to buy a traffic ticket so I decided to get an opportunity to hire a lawyer. Transportation in California had a great record, and it didn't have to go to trial or write papers. I'm glad to report that they came - my case has been completely cleared up. When convicted of this ticket, he faced a huge fine, just like a school of transportation, so he saved a lot of grief and money through CTD. They are always polite and have a brief correspondence with me, so I always call them when I need their work again. I highly recommend it.

My problem is that the San Francisco traffic lights didn't have the camera signals that California needed to legalize local photo crackdowns.   I read about Sherry Gerdner/Robert Ampalan's law firm on the Transportation Law website.  So I hired them and represented my associated traffic signal case.  

After the payment, the law firm seems not to pay much attention to my argument and will return to me in a few months, he added.  Months later, they sent me a letter saying that they had completed my "representative". And how do I pay the full fine and go to a transportation school?  Did you pay 200 dollars?  I'm sorry, but I was surprised to hear that the suit was not covered at the original cost.  Their decision to appear in court to take up my guilty plea was not explained in advance   —and I think that it is only the opinion of sin that goes to the school of transportation.

I wanted to appeal, so I called back my law firm.  They told me that an additional charge of $200-500 will be charged for a single appeal.  Of course, I don't care, I'm here, let's do it.  I was put on hold while a friendly clerk spoke to the lawyer.  When she got back on the phone, she let me know that she had passed the 30-day window of the trial and I could no longer appeal.  Why are you doing this? The notice of this law firm was originally sent back with the wrong address, and during that time it was returned, so it was delivered in excess for over a month.  I don't know why the law office had a copy of my driver's license at my address, or why I made such a fundamental mistake at my address!

Conclusion:  Do you pay $200 for the trial to show someone and do little?  The appeal is an extra cost if you notify the law office!  Keep away from me.  As they say, you have to do the right thing yourself.  At least call them well to follow up, work, and see if they are ready to pay more.

Advice:  Go with someone else and ask beforehand if the charges are included in the appeal.

CTD. Jana said it was almost impossible to dismiss a 490-dollar ticket, and it was only for me to save money to advance it. Also, I live far from science fiction, so I can save a day's life.

This process is very fast and smooth, with few documents to receive scans and emails in email! It took the court about six months to get the letter in the morning. ... Done! I didn't expect, so I decided to hold a party for $500!

I hope that there will be no more tickets in the future, but I will consider CDT again!

I recently received a speeding ticket that I received while commuting to work in November and asked for a CTD service. My record showed no previous traffic violations. A few weeks later, I was given the option to receive my quote by email and pay a fine, and also to take part in defensive driving to avoid record points. And I thought that I might get better results and decided to seek legal help. I asked for CTD service on line, and I was contacted several days later about how to submit the necessary documents and of course how to pay. They paid hundreds of dollars for CTD services, but they seem to have managed to meet each other in a two to three month schedule. After a few months, you will be sent a fast-forward last week and the CTD will send you an email informing you that your ticket has not been rejected. Instead, it is my choice to pay a fine and go to the defensive driving course at a speed of $400. These are the same options as the first, and if you know that CTD will provide the best results, you have decided to spend $300 and pay part of the fines and defense operating costs. I can't imagine how they can get better results for others. When I thought of the clean driving record, I thought I would be a perfect customer/candidate. After all, if you advise people in a similar situation, you will pay a fine and, if eligible, participate in the defensive driving course to avoid double the cost.

If I can produce a billion stars, I can.  I drive the car towards Uber and I am very aggressive.  This is equal to a ticket  CTD completely fired four of my last five tickets.  That's not a good thing.  Since you don't have to go to court many times, it's worth their expense (usually $150).  when they were thrown out of the ticket  I want to go to their office and embrace each of their rest.  Perhaps even the night-shift manager.  My God loves these people.

We cannot talk enough about California Transportation. They are doing very professional work, they make sense to pay their own fees, and obviously know the traffic laws.
Jesse represented me for a speed violation that occurred a few months ago. He explained in detail the possible effects of the whole process, depending on the course of the trial. I answered all my questions and always answered emails and phone calls at good time.

So I got two traffic tickets within a week for the same violation. I would like to say that the probability of one person escaping by himself was low without the steep rise in insurance. The CTD cleared my traffic ticket and the other ticket I had to pay a little extra. With 175 tickets per ticket, the CTD went everything for me. Call them as soon as you get a traffic ticket! Hitasha helped her escape from the red-light camera violations in San Mateo at a reasonable price of $250.  The process is simple. Come (I went to the office in South San Francisco), give them the papers, write a check for them, and wait six months for the letter on the result. It's not that easy!  Of course, I can't guarantee anything, but whether I can keep the points on my record or not is not worth the money?

The California transportation team is great. The woman lawyer had heard me completely, such as red light tickets and I didn't drive. After hearing my story, I found that I didn't adopt it, but she advised me to be an expert and asked the police. She was polite and didn't charge me even a cent. I found that CTD was actually on line and was skeptical at first. Much of the process happened in the black box. Since I had never spoken to my lawyer (only with the receptionist), I was a bit uneasy. But the result stands for itself - the case was rejected! Thank you 1 million! Having a letter of inquiry is one of the few traffic lawyers I have found, to be honest. I'm really glad I leaked the information to them and told them about my case. They kept updating me every time a new development started and received news yesterday that my case was rejected. San Francisco taxi driver.  In the last five years, I was pulled three times. In this estimate there was a pretty suspicious violation.  I once lied to the court's witness stand, and I sometimes slapped the handrails behind the court and said, "Well, there's a good job..."  Anyway, in a gray area like a professional driver, especially a stop sign violation, if the driver feels stopped, and the police feel different, it will help you get professional representatives.  I'm using California transport twice now, but both have good results.  From the receptionist to the lawyer who listens to your side, you are familiar and personal in the office.  I recommend it to everyone. Especially if you drive to live like me.  Finally, for those who read this, drive the car safely.  San Francisco is leading the country with pedestrian death, so don't take your eyes off APP or the road!

I've never had a traffic ticket before.  He was stopped by a highway patrolman because he was speeding at 75 miles an hour in Santa Clara County.  Gendarman's office was charged  I'm $500  lost  in court  I had to pay $318 to a fine school of transportation.  My original fine was $244 and $286 for the school of transportation. The total is 570 dollars.    With Shelley's "help", I have to pay another $267.   I was very disappointed.  Not recommended  She did her best to everyone

Shelley Genderman represented me in the traffic incident. It's against two points of speeding.  I was faced with a 30-day suspension of my license and two points remained on the record for seven years.  He tried to defend his case at the court of the declaration, but at first he failed and hired him.

She did what she promised and did like a professional.  What the client needs to know is that she is busy and it takes her a week to call again. In other words, it is necessary to inform and accompany her of the deadline of the trial because at the end of the day it is your responsibility to deal with things on time, or else you are more deeply at fault.

Several years ago I was tried by a close friend by Shelley.  After talking to several lawyers about speeding tickets, I decided to go with Shelley. So I wanted to look at the review and explain something.  This was Shelley's long career. Since 2008, she has dropped two out of two tickets at a very affordable price.  If you're taking a taxi on the science fiction, ask if you know Shelley - 95% of the drivers know her and she has legal representation - for some reason the driver trusts Shelley.  She is a spirit of freedom and a true believer who will fight to the end.  For many years she has taught people how to fight their tickets. Recently, she paired with Rob and Rob also broke two tickets. 1 red light, 1 speed violation.  In any case, there is no guarantee of the results, but Rob and Shelley's offices offer a presence to object to the system and the evidence.  If you don't want to play dice, don't pay about $200, you'll have to attend yourself and pay a fine, or you'll go to a traffic school and stop complaining fairly.  But if it's worth playing the dice (it was four times for me, and in my record, there were over $1,000 and over four points of salvation), their team will carry the game.
