I am still contemplating the whole work with the lawyer, and in my attempt to reach the end blindly for legal help, I called Bob Buchanan and added, looking at his review of Yelp. Bob spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me, listening to me, asking intelligent questions, and giving me great advice. In my case, I did not think that it was an ideal fit for the professional sales tax laws, but I made various strategies for me, and when I put it to trial, I made sure I had a good legal basis to sue. I've been Bob's customer since 2010.  In short, he is the best.  Always easy to work, always responsive and always useful.  For many years, he has helped me solve the problem with the California FTB, he has advised me when I embark on an abnormal immigration situation, and recently he has helped me regain the domain name that was caught up in TRO.  I was surprised at the depth and breadth of his knowledge, and I was grateful to him for his joy of jumping in and asking for help, and for having been on his side many times.  To put it simply, I don't recommend Bob much!

When reclassifying multi-member LLCs into a single member LLC, they needed guidance on tax issues after acquiring the interest of previous partners.  Also create tax reports for this transaction. After I had a conversation with two certified public accountants and an EA (Registered Agent), I contacted the Buchanan Law Group because I gave them conflicting information and didn't give them explicit guidance. Bob explained the tax issue on the phone for 30 minutes, provided clear and simple information, and introduced it to a CPA company that helped us to make tax returns. The Buchanan Law Group is recommended for people with more complex tax regimes than many CPAs and EAs are working on.

Bob helped me with some things, including the difficult situations I dealt with in IRS and the submission of trademarks. In both cases, Bob and his team were very professional-class, honest and diligent. Before I met Bob, I was an accountant, and then I tried to interface with IRS, but it didn't help at all. I saw nearly $6,000 in fines and interest, but I went back and forth for two years. Everything was withdrawn after a letter written in detail by Bob. I strongly recommend working with him.
