Brian was a big help as six staff members from the NFL team filled their voice mail boxes and were always pushing three record labels to the ground. Okay, maybe...But if I were in that situation, I would like to get Brian on my side. In working with him, he first said, literally, concerns about the long-term welfare of customers. What about Jerry Maguire-shaped epiphany? I don't know, but he has integrity in all of our exchanges. This may be a mean thing to say about lawyers, but he looks honest and ethical. If I'm lucky enough to have no talent or skill, and if I need a representative presence in the world of sports, entertainment and intellectual property, I'll call it Brian.

Two complaints are pending before 13-O-15013 and 14-O-00021 in the State Bar. Looking at these numbers, you can see an explanation of the allegations against him. For example, they don't take the money from their customers and do their legal work. He is currently not entitled to practice law in California on the basis of information and beliefs. I don't feel good.
