Urgent legal consultation was necessary and we completely lost consciousness  After we submitted our request, we were surprised that Ted called us back in less than five minutes on July 4. Ted was very helpful in advising my husband and me in difficult situations with the landlord. His advice quickly solved our problems and resulted in a medium-sized result that was really our best situation. He gave him advice that would not benefit him (and ultimately he didn't need to get him into the contract), which was the most beneficial result for us. We are not really troubled, but if you are in trouble, feel free to touch the Bloomfield Act. Professionalism and advice will be useful and valuable.
