Bracamontes & amp; When they contacted, they were helpful in helping tenant and landlord ease of living.  My husband and I had to cancel at least three appointments as I moved from the Bay Area to Sacramento and my mother-in-law died.  Ryan became very intimate and Monica was the same.   When I met Ryan Blazak, we immediately settled down with him and found this was the right company for us.   Ryan, Monica and Michael were all very professional, polite, honest and very knowledgeable about protecting our interests. We didn't know what to do when the landlord had his shop re-worked with toxic chemicals. Science fiction tenancy unions have always said so to force them out of the house and run away.

I felt sick because I was sucked into the VOC and moved my body, so I asked Ryanbraak to do so. For all things, we should strive to be healed. He addressed landowners and contractors, alternately enthusiastic, mad, and mad lawyers, the lawyer who hit him, and the insurance company.

I was moved by Michael Bracamontes. He is frank, strategic, and considerate. There is a rich combination of skills and qualities. I had a terrible situation with my landlord, with those who were subtly torturing me to get out of the rent-protecting force. Michael filed a suit to help me in my place until I was ready to go home. This happened when the landlord put out a dual device for sale. He was very positive about whether or not to file a lawsuit for damages and he didn't pressure me to choose a particular option. I spoke with other lawyers, so they (as I like) were very strong and could not appeal in many subtle situations. I think that the best lawyer to have is actually a person who cares about you, remembers your name and has morals. There is no hidden legal strategy to get what you want. For me, qualified expertise and ambitious character are good enough.

We first ended our lease and received a notice that we were moving on March 5, 2011.  Since 2009, I have been writing this review for the same apartment.

I've never been out of town, I've been able to fight well with the help of Ryan Blausak, but also in our meetings and on the phone, he's very professional, and I can tell who is standing. At first, I thought things would go much faster (i.e., when I refused to move and met the next request), but actually, there was more waiting time than anything else. During that time, he understood deeply about our anxiety and said that we need not do much.

I hastened to send a number of emails to his phone, forwarded him what he had received, and sent him to investigate. After a stressful meeting for a day or two, we will hear: Don't worry, sit down. I know it's a bad story, but believe it when you say this is one of the positive things that made Ryan on your side. He really manages the situation, and soon knows that he knows what he has. When this was accepted, the stress evaporated.

Ryan Brasaku, and as far as we are concerned, Braka Montes& Braak is "the best!" If we are faced with the situation that escalated beyond our control again, Ryan will drop in first.

As regards them, I can't say enough good.
SF's long-term residents were faced with many cruel landlords in a harsh situation. I conducted a survey and found that the landlord and their lawyers were using the wrong tactics, but there were no solid supporters who knew inside and outside the law. I was told to go to the organization one after another, basically receive a minimum allocation, and surrender the house. It is difficult to express the psychological and emotional effects of eviction, but it is a bit painful.
This team was amazing! I walked with a BS email, documents, receipts and account trooper that I've worked on for years. Steely Ryan Brassack looked at my neon folder for 15 minutes and said, "This is not possible." You know what? So, good people who know what they have started working for me. Jessica Cleare Wilson also worked on my case, and was a very diligent and familiar lawyer. They even have a great multi-tasking receptionist. A monica that relieves hardship.  They explained everything to me as it happened and got my choice and possible results.
They are available, wonderful, understandable, and uncompromising. And they won my victory!

This is a good company to be on your side.  I phoned them for two years on the problem of mold rental.  Ryan Vlasic successfully negotiated with my landlord and lawyer and I was able to move with peace of mind.  When I came to the company, my sensitivity to mold caused me to suffer from various health problems, and then my ability to deal with the situation reached its limit.  Ryan picked up the problem from my hand and didn't need to worry anymore.  I strongly recommend using that company.  If they can't do it themselves, they will defend you.
