I have now used Alex, Lutien, and Bend Row Group for my big business. Why did we make another LLC and many other things that I could not understand and use them?

I wanted to help my fellow B company with the same ideals as mine. I was excited to find a bend and the experience exceeded my expectations. I must first say that I was blown away. I'm not sure why I found Doug. Someone may have seen me, but maybe it was here on Yelp.

Originally, I went to my business for very basic documents submission and city compliance. All the crazy stuff like "SF GROSS RECEIPTS" and not something that can't be said to exist outside of experts, oddly enough, Doug has been infinitely useful through his regular transactions.

Because many of our companies listen to people who are especially helpful, and send introductions and introductions, he gave us great advice and didn't think that people he knew or pointed out were the most valuable. He is now a member of our family:)

He cannot be recommended. His company, Lucien, is also a wonderful person, with help, good connections, insight, honest and honest.

I posted a lot of reviews for restaurants, tourist spots and bars, but I didn't feel like posting reviews for business services. This has been up until now. I have never felt that I was supported, relieved, and empowered when I made a decision in cooperation with Bend Law Group Alex King.

I've set out on a tremendous journey to start working with other medical business partners. We looked for a complex California legal system ourselves and then after looking for another person, we raised our hands and looked for a lawyer. When we met Alex, we interviewed several lawyers. We discussed with many law firms at the time of starting up and considered using Legal Zoom. I contacted the Bend Tucker and decided to use their services. The tacker was great. The Packaged Transaction met all the basic needs for running the business, setting up sales contracts, and handling the right registration and licenses at the right price.  But besides the basics, the tackers have always been patient and have responded to many questions.

I was really glad to find Doug Bend.  He was very patient and took time to explain my legal problems.  He treated me with an attitude of kindness and understanding, with a clear statement about my options.  He is good at communication and has the ability to translate "Regales" to amateurs.

Tucker Cotton Gum = AWESOME~!! I tried to start this review, but I'm here, watching Harry W review. (Even today!) I agree! So instead of duplicating what he wrote, read his review...Also, when I first met a lawyer who I feel very comfortable with, Tucker (& a very friendly Doug that I've never met, but when I see him on their video, he looks like a wonderful lawyer too! Anyone looking for a lawyer in emerging and small businesses ... Even those looking for lawyers, Tucker (& Doug) will surely lead them to the right lawyer...  I enjoyed being with a tacker lawyer! Another positive review of Doug was Doug's first person to contact me immediately, especially for business purposes, when I looked for a lawyer. He was very kind and considerate, and he was soon consulted. I'm a service contract, terms and conditions was required. My business needed a policy of terms and privacy. So we needed experts to know what they were doing.

I thought I would write a review for a while, but I've worked on a few things for work. But I'm writing to take a five-minute break to share my thoughts on the company. Alex King is a wonderful person and one of the most professional people I've ever met. I was looking for a small business and employment lawyer to solve the problem I had, so I sent an email explaining my problem to two or three companies. There's still little answer...But Alex soon replied: He was honest and basically told me that I had no experience in what I was looking for. Instead of doing research to get money from me and asking for an hour, he said he would help a lawyer who knew if he would help me. What a great service! I didn't ask him to do that.  And he replied with several lawyers that he thought he was good and I sent them an email. There were few answers, but one lawyer answered. He seems to be a great person and lawyer, and we are grateful. Alex did not express his gratitude for the help, and I couldn't apply him to my situation, but he always goes to other situations to see if he can help me. He is friendly, gentle, honest, and useful. About a year ago, we met Doug for the first time because we wanted to establish S-Corp from a private company. Doug has a vast knowledge of that, has a simple understanding of what will happen, and he has guided us step by step through the myriad forms that you have to do. In fact, he prepared all the necessary documents and submitted them. He arranged everything in time and took a step in the process. Without him, I think it was a big headache. He has been pursuing the application requirements for S-Corp for nearly a year. Doug was a great resource to interact with employment lawyers and find new accountants.

Since I've worked with countless lawyers for the past year, Doug is easily the best person. I was introduced by another lawyer to the Bend Law Group. It is often spoken by itself. I was currently in the process of opening the East Bay bar and had to establish a company with the state. These people are the simplest group of lawyers I've ever dealt with. The Doug follows the steps and explains why you should do this. We also help you prepare state documents, and when you do the next repacking, you will know exactly what's going on with you and see how to do it. I used Doug to help start a new sustainability consulting business. Interaction with Doug is a professional, positive and beneficial aspect.

For example, I decided to incorporate business as S. Doug would have said "Great!" And even if I took my money, I was able to take various options with me, so I told me that I could look at my work before becoming a corporation.

Although Doug had nothing to get from our conversation, he and I spent an hour looking at the sticky bushes parameters I found.  His comments were very useful and insightful.  His supportive attitude, his thoughts, and his warmth gave him a completely different kind of lawyer experience than I thought.  I didn't want to listen to him, but I couldn't help but admit that he showed me the way that was in my best interest.  More than that, he is not his own interest, but a special lawyer to which I care most.
