I met Richard in San Francisco for help buying an apartment.  He gave me valuable advice, and when the subject was directed to a particular tax strategy outside his profession, he introduced me to the expert rather than trying to manipulate it skillfully.  Unfortunately, Richard was busy with another incident and told me in advance that he would not be available within the time that I had to write a formal offer contract to present.  So I found another sci-fi real estate lawyer.  

Richard offered to pay me but didn't even charge me for a single meeting.

I lived outside San Francisco. I bought a science fiction property with a borrower. At first I tried to ask the tenant to move.  I didn't think the science fiction problem would be very complicated because the real estate agent didn't advise me. I asked Rich for help, he gave me detailed advice and explained how much the problem would cost if I didn't do it correctly. When I heard his advice, I calmed down with my borrower.

His work is very happy. He returned the rest of my rent. I absolutely recommend his service. If there is a legal problem with real estate, I ask him for help again.

I've been a Beckmann law partner Curtis Dowling customer for 10 years...

He is the "landlord/tenant" law's walking encyclopedia...... Curtis is a long-standing author on this subject and pays attention to this point  It was considered that I could not get over the tenants' lawyers or 'magic bag' ...

Curtis is the best. I think his friends are the same.

If you're looking for a sincere lawyer, don't look anymore.  The first time I met Beckmann, I read "Legal Questions" and answered &Appartment Owners Association News and Buyers Guide.  There was a question about the tenant taking over two rooms without paying the rent.  Unlike other lawyers, Mr. Beckmann sat down and told the tenant to drink coffee and discuss it.  His advice is to compromise instead of becoming a lawyer.  

When I met Beckmann, I remembered what I had heard from someone working at the UC Medical Center  Previously, Stanford and UC Medical Center merged.  Both schools have different manners.  The people at Stanford wanted a luxury office, but the people at UC were calm and cared for their patients.  Böckmann, a graduate of Berkeley, is not a foolish lawyer to know the laws of landowners' tenant farmers.  

Mr. Beckmann gave me time and advice without asking me for payment.  If he wants a lawyer in the future, he is the man.
