San Francisco, needless to say, is one of the hardest things to start a business in California, where he patiently finds out a maze of documents, policies, and legal considerations that might interfere with his work.  With the simultaneous opening of

LLC and a welfare company, Alex and his team obviously succeeded in adding a new chapter to my career.  The way business partners and I walk through all the processes was an unbearable, patient, proactive way to keep us informed about potential problems.  He gave us the time needed to pass all the documents carefully, so it was very helpful to clarify important decisions.  I am pleased to find out that Alex is a strong supporter of small and medium-sized companies and start-ups and to fully trust Alex to open up a seemingly impossible enterprise.  So I was able to start the first two businesses in San Francisco.

I was very happy to work with Alex King, an archetype. I co-managed small and medium-sized companies and was promoting sales, but I needed his services.
Everyone already knows the type of stereo and jokes about lawyers, but there's nothing here. Alex was very sensitive and helpful because he was kind enough to take on us with a small retainer. He offered to return the role of a retainer he did not use. It literally bothered me. Indeed, no one of the police is the details of that always...But it was an option...... A wonderful man, I highly recommend...Honest and reliable and diligent lawyer! ! To add more stars, you may have to write a review again. Emoji...equal

If I could raise more stars, I could! I worked with Alex for a while, and when he moved to his company, I followed him without hesitation. He is very helpful in supporting our business contracts, customers, employee work and our trademarks. Alex is very sensitive and I am constantly impressed by his communication and thoughts. And he knows me and my work, and he knows my way of thinking. My way of thinking is very scary and I can predict what I need and what I want.
