Walter Haynes is one of the best personal injuries I've ever worked with. As a physical trainer with a busy office, many have been injured in a car accident. I have several good PI lawyers to introduce patients, but Walter is my favorite. Because of the history of the former CHP, commanders and accidents are constructionists and have their own insight into how to track incidents. I have seen him receive as much money as possible from the injured person and cover not only current medical expenses but also future medical expenses. He also dealt with cases where other lawyers would not touch, such as being formally junked and being run over by a driver by a car without owner. I call him Saint Jude jokingly.
Even to those who feel that they do not need a lawyer and can handle the case themselves, he is very honest. The patients who followed his path are very satisfied with his readiness, diligence and ultimate results.

My sister and I hired Michael Brand and Scott Pesetsky to help me with a simple verification process for my mother's property. They were familiar, professional, and knowledgeable about the process. Walt Haynes is a partner of the company who will go if you or someone you love are in a car accident.  He is the only lawyer in California who was formerly a highway patrol man and has been certified as a crash reconstruction. Find out the truth of the incident, and if necessary, use investigators to go to the scene and figure out what actually happened  and he follows the other man (and the insurance company man) relentlessly. I hope you don't have to hire a lawyer with a personal injury, but Walt is the top when necessary.

I was caught up in the years-long personal injury incident. Al Stoll, speaking about the case from the previous lawyer, took on my case nearly half-way and was able to wrap it up in a way that made me really happy. I looked for positive reactions on science fiction and helped people to support the provision of Estate Planning/Living Wills through "thumbnails" (big resources). Since Michael Brand immediately answered me, after reading some reviews on line, I decided to read the information he sent on line and make a reservation. One day I attended a statement that Al Stoll had made at the lawyer's office.  If the doctor determines the damage to eight people who are diagnosed with hepatitis C  The side effects of hepatitis C, interferon, and other powerful drugs made me very sick.  These drugs were the only hope to cure my infected liver, from the MD disaster that the doctor had given the virus.  If you only get a normal cold, you have to stop the accumulation of medication and lose any treatment. I couldn't redo it. The other lawyer knew this fact, though he had a terrible cold, and his voice was very hoarse.  Nevertheless, he tried to force us to deliver the letter in a very small room, because the conference room was not empty.  Al Stoll tried to get back the building and the nearby room, but it didn't work.  Al-Stoll made no hesitation in taking out deposits for her clients.  Everyone cherishes more than his notebook.  I hope that despite Al Stoll being my son, this goal of assessment will continue to be considered and derived from my actual and lasting experience. [Oh, yes, after all, Al got 100% of the insurance. ]

Unfortunately, when I hired this company as my representative in the retirement contract negotiations, I had nothing to do with it. The lawyer admitted that he had a personal relationship with the other lawyer. The councils of the opposition were aggressive from the beginning, so they didn't seem to feel the same way. Shortly after, the lawyer changed his mind and did nothing with the clear questions I had. They received a salary to review my retirement contract, but "I didn't realize" (I found myself) made a big mistake about the health benefits. They made my retirement contract worse. In preparation for the unexpected events that I initially negotiated, I did not ask my lawyer why the important items I picked up from the table 24 hours before the deadline. I asked what the tax rate would be if I took a lump sum payment, but my lawyer said, "I'm not a tax lawyer." I couldn't get through it. They confirmed that my checks came directly to me, but they made them deliver it to their offices and did not let me know, causing three days delay. They contacted the lawyer on the other side after I canceled the agreement.  When I asked them to send me my files, they sent me a file with the names of other people. I tried to contact Mr. Al Stoll three times, but he thought he would not approve of the lawyer's conduct and was ignored every time. I can't but think that he will forgive this kind of behavior. I could not believe how strange my experience was. This must never happen.

In August 2010, Al took over my personal injury case. Before Al was taken over, my predecessor lawyer for four years had not much understanding that something good happened. After I hired Al and his team of lawyers, the research necessary for completion was done quickly and effectively. Only five months after the case was resolved, my medical expenses were paid and Al gave me a check showing reasonable compensation for my injury. He and his lawyer team, including Walter Haynes, are amazing! I will give them all the best recommendations.
