We worked with Rosemary and Judy to apply for a non-profit tax exemption. Judy was great to work together! But the cost I got from them was twice as much as 3/4 of our time. He felt he needed to charge additional charges outside the quotation and declined to contact him until he was almost complete. They sent a bill to the wrong email address, misspelled email address I have never received. If I had received it, I would have stopped working at that time, seeing the price change and rising. I had to push hard to reduce the price to approach the original estimate. I ended up paying $1,000 more than I expected for my incomplete work. So be careful with the cost and cost estimates. Check in every week. I was introduced to them and when I heard the introduction she said the same thing happened. It looks like a pattern, so be careful. Judy was great to work with her.
